    -----
In this video I show you how I get rid of osteoarthritis
Medicine or acupuncture is not effective for arthritis or RSI.
As your tendons are moving all the time it is impossible to isolate the problem and soothe the pain in the long term.
To get to the root of the problem, and naturally fix the it. What you need to do to get rid of the pain.
Your blood clots along your joints making it difficult for the blood to flow. Leaving your tendons and joints malnourished.
Repeating the same movements over and over will
make this worse until you are living with pain.
By getting rid of clotting, the pain will reduce. These exercises are designed to send blood to the hands and soothe the pain.
You need to do this daily for a minimum of 2 weeks, morning and evening to feel a result.
Once you feel better, do it daily to maintain the blood flow so that this problem doesn't happen again.
    People who can use this:
anyone with RSI or hand pain
    computer users
    hairdressers
    chefs
    waiters
    builders
    masseuses
    house wives
    drivers
Basically most people will experience this problem.
Do this 2 times a day for 3 weeks.

@@austingohofficial Thanks for the 2d video lesson, it feels good to get moving! not sure my swollen finger joints should do this - it is maybe rather Rheumatoid arthritis.? But overall venous stagnation from lying in bed for 2 years, in stress exhaustion, malnutrition and isolation. When having many problems, is it best to work with the original one first, or the latest symptom first, please? And should I do 1 issue excercise at the time only, or is it good to do several ones? F ex Circulation, anxiety, /over-thinking, stress, energy, hands arthritis?

I've been doing this twice a day for three weeks. My hands and fingers feel so much better. I have gained back a lot of range-of-motion and finger dexterity. The arthritis in my hands were so bad that my fingers became deformed and gnarly on the 1st and 2nd joints. I don't care if my fingers become straighter as long as the pain is gone. NOTE: I was using a stress ball to work my hands which relieved some of the pain but really didn't give me back dexterity. Thank you so much for posting this

I tried this, then my hands began to tingle, and the next day I really could feel the difference. I'm a writer..so the numbness in my hands make it difficult to write my poetry. But, now that I am doing these natural therapy exercises, my hands are feeling much better everytime I do them. Definitely recommend 👍
Thank You Austin for sharing your knowledge. Natural healing I feel should be chosen first over conventional medicine and surgery.

    Hi Austin,
I don't usually comment on RUclips however, I just wanted to let you know that these exercises have been helping a lot with my wrists, hands and somehow my shoulder too! You are truly AMAZING!
I am a music student currently studying classical performance who was unfortunately diagnosed with RSI recently (probably had RSI earlier than recently). I tried acupuncture, physiotherapy, cupping, osteopathy etc for my RSI but they have benefitted my wrists temporarily then BAM, the RSI came back with more pain than before :'(
I then came across your video hoping it would save me from not only the physical pain from the RSI but also the mental pain that came along with it (I went through a bit of a depression phase due to balancing practice and rest and everything else that this lovely RSI decided to bring). Seriously, GOD BLESS YOU

HI Jeandom happy for you that the video exercises help you to get better, one more thing if you can do is after doing the exercises place your hands into warm water for 5 minutes this will increase the blood flow strengthen your hands and speed up our recovery. Hey, Austin! Thank you very much for this video, a few months ago I punched the wall and took my fifth metacarpal, since then I had a contusion and was not able to fully stretch my finger, my doctor said I would have to live with it forever, but when I started doing the exercises, which was a short time ago, I’m already feeling a little improvement, I don’t doubt anything that I’ll improve 100%.
Thank you very much again, you are my guardian angel! XD

Thankyou so much for this video. I've been playing my acoustic piano on and off for the past 5 years but in the past year I've been getting more and more trouble with hand and wrist pain when I play. I've put this down to general aging (I'm over 70) or maybe needing to get more teaching about my piano playing technique to protect my hands even though I never used to have this problem. However, I was surprised and delighted to find that if I do your exercises immediately before playing I get no pain at all. I'm so grateful I don't have to give up my piano - many thanks for that!

I was given Osteoarthritis in my hands as a 2018 new years gift and it wasnt two months later that it went to my toes. But within those two months I immediately was getting sharp pains in my knuckles and they started getting nodules quickly. But I just did this exercise and made my fingers above my middle knuckles to the tips much better! My thumbs and pinkys I do seperate as they dont get as good contact as the others and with a the nodules it makes it a little harder. But great exercise! I'll continue with this.
But KEEP MOVING your fingers seems to help from the harsh pains.
Same with my toes, same sharp pains! Keep them moving. I became 81% disabled after 4 back surgeries and now my spine is worsening more.
KEEP MOVING! Our bodies were not built to not move!

Hello Augustin, Thank you for this video. I got rid of athritis in my hands in three months thanks to this video. Let me give you two pieces of advice. 1 - You should shake hands downwards to help the circulation of blood in the fingers with gravity. 2 - The video does not suggest much for the thumbs. As, I got rid of athritis in my fingers, except in my thumbs which remain stiff. Otherwise, thank you so much again. Bernard

You might feel your hand weaker as it more flexible now. That's part of the process.

    • @jonashartwig738
      @jonashartwig738 5 лет назад

So now a week later, my hands first got worse for the first three days, but now they are improving. I get less pain and have a longer duration of strain i can put on them. Additionally, my blood flow in the hands is a bit better now and playing the guitar works more fluently and everyday I wake up with a feeling of regeneration in my hands, which kind of feels like a subtle, burning, pain, but doesnt really hurt. For me it works fine and I will continue to do these exercises. Thank you Austin for this video, it is one more healthy behaviour to help with getting rid of this annoying RSI. I can only recommend these exercises for everyone who has pain in their hands.

    • @jonashartwig738
      @jonashartwig738 5 лет назад

@@austingohofficial Now more than a month later, my hands feel great and the blood flow is on point. The regeneration of damage is a lot faster, i can have some drinks, strain my hands a lot and they are completely ok 2 days later. For school this honestly saved my ass and i implement it into my daily practice because without it the pain comes back after a few days. But just after i started this exercise, my hands got tingly when playing guitar. Have you any exercises for that?
