  • I bought the Dbrand Atomic Grip Case for my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. I avoided all videos and reviews in order to give you my thoughts on the case. Quick and to the point, let me know below what your thoughts are.
    TLDW?
It's a nice, thin, grippy, if unremarkable case that is a little flexy on the sides.

I like this a lot, short and straight to the point with everything you need

This is one of the best cases I've ever owned. It has adequately protected my device for the last 6 or so months, but I am relatively careful in avoiding having my phone thrown around and do always prefer the slimmer case designs that compliment the original form factor over any over-protection you get from those awful OtterBox products. The feel is definitely reminiscent of the back of the OnePlus 1, which I loved.

The thinner the better for me. Seems like dbrand has discontinued this case though.

I have a dband grip case with the s22ultra teardown skin I really liked the grippy sides and the slimmer form factor. Other cases like the Otterbox Defender are too bulky.

Thx for the video 👍 a bit of a disappointment looks flimsy and not very protective, the $14 spigen liquid air looks like a better option here

The Spigen definitely seems like the more protective option. This I feel like is a nice middle ground between a full case and a skin.

Dbrand's atomic case is miles ahead of the liquid air in just about every category one would take into consideration when choosing a case.

Interesting case review! I didn't know Dbrand made cases actually as I've only seen their console / controller mods. I too generally go for Spigen cases & while this case doesn't seem to have the main features I usually look for (harder shell, difficult to accidently removed & a kick stand for watching Adults Have Toys Too), it seems well enough made that I'll keep an eye out for what Dbrand offers next time I'm looking for a phone case.

Haha, wow, thanks. They have been making Grip cases for a bit now that you can put their skins on, this is their first that is ultrathin and no space for a skin. I do find it interesting in this world of constant growth for companies they all seem to be branching out as much as they can.

I've had mine since april and it was great at first but now it got larger especially at the bottom corners and the phone can slip out of it real easy :(

I got the case at the carrier's store for my S21 Ultra, I have no idea who makes it but it works andI overpaid! 🤦‍♂️🤣

At the end of the day all that matters is if you're happy with what you got.

I got mine few days ago. I'm totally disappointed about the quality. I can get a case better than this case for under 500 rupees. This is my first time getting a case from dbrand.
