Robbery high right in kokrobite I'm from the US. A lot of diaspora are there in kokrobite. I would not recommend kokrobite . Im moving after 3 1/2 years from that area. I had a rental there when I visit. Beach area in some parts is very dirty. Two robbers approach me 3 years ago and I took out my weapon. (Weapon was a Ice beaker ) They back off. Taxis uber & bolt so not like that area as they got rob . They will avoid not taken you if they can.

Great to see this type of innovation in Ghana.My only reservation I would have is this house is located in Kokrobite an area we stayed in 2015 only to be told that there had been very violent attacks on outsiders .The other problem is the enormous amount of plastic and other garbage.Hopefully these problems have been resolved.

I understand it can be if need be transported. But... what's about making it more permanent like sit it down on a slab? And as far as cost to upgrade...is it the same cost add as it is for the initial building? It's so ideal, quick, easier and fully move-in ready. It's worth considering. You give us so many options for moving home. I get excited. I never know what you will share next. But at least I know I have many reasonable options for living conditions, as well as, investment. Are the coastal areas prone to major flooding at any time of year? This is a beautiful tiny home, but I would want to renovate the kitchenette and make it into a full kitchen.
