This is interesting to watch. Having a safe community with attractive housing and education is really important. Is this an upper class neighborhood? How do most people afford houses in Ghana? Is it Gold? Is there financing in Ghana or do people just buy homes outright? This topic has me asking endless questions…
People work in Africa just like any where else in the world, with what they earn they can afford to invest in property development, due to vast space the opportunity is greatly looming....though it's pretty much the same phenomenon like where u stay....maybe with a good time frame and motivation based on our unfortunate history....btw I'm South African
People really buy stuffs outright in Ghana or the whole of Africa a lot instead of this payment plan we have in America here.for instance people buy iPhones with cash in Africa no matter how much the price is,so yeah there's too much money in Africa continent just ONLY bad leadership but trust me Africa is rich
as a ghanaian i can say that everything is bought outright over here. So if you see a ghanaian or an African with expensive property it was paid in full. Very few to no financing options over here.

What a beautiful house! I like their choice of colours/colour combination, the high ceilings, furniture and i think $200.00 a day is reasonable.A few things i would change about this house though, would be to tear down the wall between the living room and the kitchen so it's an open floor plan. Then i would add two night stands in the bedroom you showed us(The orange chair would have to go!)And last but not least...i would install a sliding glass door that opens up to the patio, instead of the window. And that would be it! Other than that it's really awesome! It's great to see my African continent doing things for themselves.Much love.
I hate open floor plans. I don’t want to see my kitchen all the time.
@@MiamiPush2theLimit Different strokes for different folks! Whatever works for you.
5600 a month? Nah. Thats horrible tbh. You can live in a mansion in America bigger than that house for less.
This is like having airbnb in usa and asking for 3000 per night.
Average ghanian make less than 200 per month.
People should respect the Average ghanian and dont make their life harder by inflating the prices
How much is it to purchase this kind of house in UK £ sterling. Beautiful apartment, only downside is that there is no garden. Love the garage though it only fits one vehicle, at least you can see it through glass from living room. Excellent idea!
Wow Sephy, you're a beautiful sister! Now I know why you left home and moved to Kumasi, Ghana....houses are better there. Congrats and God bless. Bisous ma chérie.
Thank you 😊
Beautiful House, I Like the different colors, the price is right, here in Staten Island New York where I lived, it is very expensive, with high taxes, I hope one day soon I can afford to buy an house like this one, I had 11 apts, Next move I would like to buy me an house, to retried in, Thanks for sharing, God Blessed you.
Yes Thank God I will buy one for myself
This is UNREAL... Very Beautiful Home... Very Modern Design..
this is not the only gated estate in kumasi, kindly do your research well
It’s not the only gated community in Kumasi... we have prabron and Asenso estate as well..
Wow! Fabulous design!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Unique building... that home made me want to pack- up and move to Ghana.
Oh well,i say you should start..#yolo
hi sis
@@makporsteven6767 I am well and hope the same for you. 🙂
I pray i can buy something like this for my mom 🙏🏼
I love the front door , where did you buy it ! Quite safe and modern.
I hate it when the caption of a video is not the story shown, that's misleading at best or intentional deception at worst
IKR. THEY are being told how to make money doing YT videos and affiliated with others. Who brainwash many to come to Africa like there is going to be better... I guess they didn't get the memo: world about to END....NWO AND MANY WILL BE KILLED or enslaved by China or Russia no matter where you live even under a Rock.
@@TriciaRP please don’t say that I am only 21 and living my best life. My dream is to move somewhere in Africa because I believe in the future
@@skywater8637 Unfortunately it's true. China, the US, France, UK Russia and all these other foreign nations are running & controlling Africa. Slavery 2.0 is what's happening, but in a different form
I don’t believe it, I’ve been looking for a house in Ghana for the last two months. Once they hear my voice the prices have doubled. One Filipino real-estate agent raised the price to Three Hundred Thousand Dollars. If that’s the case, why try to move to Africa.
Ghana do better please, your people are not rich Americans. So if your reading this and if you know where I can buy a house like this one for $50k USD help me please. I will be in Ghana in August to purchase……
I’d love to raise my kids in Ghana 🙏🏾
Obviously the title is misleading it’s a clickbait the house is expensive $300kplus and located at one of the posh neighborhoods in Kumasi ghana
The land only cost 90,000 dollars there
I don’t think this price tag is real… but kudos. I will have to change the bathrooms..
I was thinking the same thing! Lol
The only suggestion I have, is adding solar system to your house.
Legit cheaper than most hotels 💯🔥
Lovely homes but need to do something about the open gutters and plumbing systems. They need more pictures public bathrooms too.
That's a beautiful home, CONGRATULATIONS.
I like the giant bed in the bedroom, & high ceiling in living room 👍
Dumb question. As if Africans are too poor lol . Go somewhere
Don’t be curious, stay where you are😂😂
as a ghanaian i can say that everything is bought outright over here. So if you see a ghanaian or an African with expensive property it was paid in full. Very few to no financing options over here.
Welcome to my neighbourhood. In the next 10 years this area ohwimase hilltop and denkyemouso newsite will be one of the prime estates in kumasi. And that house belongs to a very young man.
I will buy a house just like this one it’s actually my dream house 😇😇
Nice home, but I saw some flaws in the concrete work that need to be addressed and in the painting. Attention to detail. But a very nice home.
This is amazing. keep improving your titles and thumbnails and you'll be raking in money. These videos are amazing and so entertaining.
Probably am looking forward to start the same project hopefully, I trust GOF will help me
Love how Ghana and Nigeria have great properties unlike my francophone countries
Hello SEPHY, THANKS FOR THE TOUR. BUT WANTED YOU TO KNOW YOUR LOOKING BEAUTIFUL !!!! ❤❤
Without seeing the second house I'm advising you to take this one🤩
Thank you ❤️
I haven't been to Ghana yet, Inshallah that will happen in the near future. I have been to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and I saw beautiful homes similar to these as far back as 2004. The myth about Africya countries being totally underdeveloped must be dispelled. That may be true in some parts however not in All parts. This is great work, and I would love to see more about Ghana.
so the house is more and not $50K, is actually for rent. So clickbait
🤦♀️ wow
I know right, what is she talking about? Rental is different from buying.
That's what I thought coz houses r way expensive in Ghana how can that house be that price 😑 people be so desperate for click until they must lie hehe .. So annoying wen people do titles to misleading people but be a ware it not tale u up us lots of dislikes
Thanks I'm out ✌🏽
Nice house, excellent design but the price is too high.

Making it out at a young age is quite difficult. I started a side hustle at 17, saved up and made some good investments. l'm 28,live on my own and having a good life for myself. Big ups to you and everyone out there trying
@@chrisjohn7823 Sounds like plan, how do you put money to work?
@@mav3420 Yes it sure is. I put in money in investments and get profits. That 's how I make more money without working. This does not sound new to you right ?
Thanks for replying me, I've heard so many people talk about investment but none had said how to do it right.
Am hoping on you can explain more on how you make extra income from investments
So amazing and infinitely beautiful. Talent immeasurable and unbound. I wish I could live back home/ in Africa. It's my deepest dream. Infinite congratulations Queen Stephy.
They should fix the roads within the estate properly
I like that Dior shirt!👀
