Hi Vanessa, I am from Puerto Rico and my wife is from Colombia, we have been watching your videos for a long time now and we are so inspired to visit ghana next year, all because of your videos. Thank you!
These guys clearly know what they are doing. Very impressed with their responses to the questions. With those projections, I would throw money at them lol. Sidenote: love how Vanessa and Tayo have done the same content together, which allows them benefit from each other's viewers with the same video. 👍
This was a nice interview. I liked a lot of the questions asked. Vanessa and Tayo did a lovely job with the two videos. I hope you two partner again in the future.
Wow these intellectual black kings have tapped in to an amazing sector of the mobile tiny home. I absolutely LOVE their homes and to be fully furnished included in the price is excellent too
I thank so much Vanessa for being so brave and show to the world how Ghana is only an asset for our current and future generations! Land if investments thank so much once again for the video and insights
Very refreshing to show Africa in this light. Thank you Vanessa for providing this positive and informative vibe of Mama Africa. Living in Finland but having parents from Guinea. I love videos that show the diversity in Africa.
Great questions from the interviewers and loved the fact that the guys have done their research before and giving great answers. Great content Vanessa as me and my husband and 2 Children are looking into building / buying a home in Ghana ❤️
I couldnt see myself moving to Africa. My ancestors built America. Me and hubby rather stay and fight and take back whats ours. But I wish you all the best and to tell the truth we need people like you over there building as well.
I would urge people to research, roller shutters. There are far more effective than unsightly and death trap window bars. Roller shutters can be manufactured to any size. They can be manually deployed or electronically. Great content. I especially love the design. Thinking outside the box and not another cookie cutter box home.
They both have a good idea that can travel beyond Ghana's borders. There is a ready market in coastline tourist countries like Kenya, Zanzibar, Mozambique and S. Africa, not forgetting Nigeria for these well designed beach houses. The problem is scaling up, to meet continental wide demand. The only solution is while retaining their design, installation, finance and marketing capabilities, to offshore the prefabrication to China, and then market their models for sale and lease-purchase online. China being a place where the manufacturing at scale can happen easier, cheaper and quicker than in Africa, and as they're charging dollars they'll be able to finance offshore fabrication, which can be redesigned into knocked down kit form.
I wish they would say if they are selling these houses in Ghana cedis or USD and if they are selling in USD then the house's is to pricey to Most regular folks.. I'm sure the material is bought in Ghana cedis
Vanessa, this is a big business in the USA. But you must have good roads too for the other types of moveable homes. Get that infrastructure up! Revelation: An industrial boom coming!
@@dazedconfuseds Yeah I saw something about emailing but I hoped they would have one. Website would be more legit. Emailing without a online presence can be a little concerning to potential buyers.
@@ndaabremat913 You are probably right. I just like the easy delivery process. I want to build a house in Kumasi but am getting scared of dealing with building issues. Getting a custom 3 bed house in 8 weeks for under $60k US, seems worth not dealing with a building headache. How much do you think it should cost for the 3 bedroom version?
I am convinced these guys did their homework regarding durability of these houses and their foundations. But what I missed in their conversation is the impact of climate change on these houses. Sea levels are rising due to climate change. And this is causing the disappearing of coastal cities and even whole islands. The location of these mini houses are just too close to the sea it makes me so nervous seeing them there. It won't be feasible situating there in a few years due to heavy flooding as a result of global warming and sea level rise.
Wow..this is my kind of thing..all u need is a place to put your head.. Spend less put the rest for other things especially giving back to the less fortunate. I'd be interested to know if they plan to do this in a gated community
Wow wow wow what a great business idea & really stunning too what a setting gorgeous 😮😮😍keep them coming Vanessa & keep up the great work Guys this is great 💯💯❤💛💚🖤🌍😍
I would love to see a project for the poor and poverty stricken in Ghana 🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋🙏🏽🦋 Many are living in shelters not even suitable for animals. 😱😢😥😓 I am praying daily for the multi Billionaire's in Africa to do something for the poor to live more humane 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Thanks what an interesting innovation from these young people. This is the kind of ventures Africa is crying for from the technical people to jump start the much needed solutions to our challenges! The issue of ‘security’ is not the main challenge in Ghana as opposed to our sister nation Nigeria. I love this affordable beach house!
What a great concept, ideal for experiencing Ghana's coast line but also has numerous other application, very impressive 👏 Heading to Tayo's for the 360 view.

100% agreed. I'm tired of seeing cookie cutter home designs.

There doesnt need to be a divide. You are very much withi your rights to think like that. We can work in collaberation.
@@kehindeemiabata4032 ...hence the part when I said "We need people building over there as well"....😒 semantics....
🇬🇭Thank you again Vanessa!! Another wonderful and informative video!!🇬🇭
Vanessa this is my DREAM. I have to buy one.
Those homes are nice, but you go need another home off the water, on higher ground,, just in case a storm come through 😉
These guys are smart
Thanks for sharing-This is amazing! What is the link for their Airbnb?

These are mobile homes, they can be moved. Furthermore they would have made a lot of money on these places before the erosion happens.
The cost would probably double if made in the US but they should make them here as well. They look so well built.

Beautiful but no sir that is tooo close to the sea. A vacation house? Yes. Permanent living? No. Bless you Sis for the vid.
Smart move. Just wish there was option to add buildings on top of each other and also deliver in Ivory coast.
Containers houses can be stacked, but it has to be done properly: check online, there's a variety of possibilities.

Love the building but it seems most of the trees going down the hill are being cut.

I would love to buy a tiny house there, but for 30,000 I would have to design my own house at at least 399 sq ft
Nice one you two!
What about the foundation? That is my only concern, can it withstand very strong wind?
Beautiful 🤩 I love it!
Very nice spot to stay in for couple days if its secure as they said.
