Spenser shows great resilience and has a fantastic story. The OSG route is one that athletes who have been to worlds but are unlikely to be invited again without a big international performance should really consider.
Yep with the whole podium being invited this year it’s the best shot people like Gabe Peña, Kym Urack and Co have of being reinvited.

Us Remick's are very persistent and determined, not many of us around, so it's good to see the name in my favorite sport

Other than the man having a great name 😉 iagree the fact he continues to gain experience by doing the small shows as well or repeating osg speaks volume to his caliber of athlete

I guess if he has to choose an event to become the best at then stones must be the one, as they're often favoured more through last event or stone off. Mitch at the Arnold's was an example of not needing that one weapon

The odds of any first timer winning are very slim. Fadi is very new to the sport, but I’d say his odds may still be a bit higher than say, Mark Felix
Probably mark Felix strictly cause of the log ladder n I don’t see anyone in this line up so far being anywhere near as bad a presser as him
Sad it’s only his first appearance, if he was from any other country besides the USA or maybe the UK he would’ve had invites already
I think it’s the other way around. The odds of getting an invite in decreasing order by countries: UK, US, Canada…,…,…,…,…,…,…,…,…
@@spikeyspike79 that’s just cause those countries have the most top level athletes…. So all the top athletes get invited from there but not any of the other ones
@@thestrongestnerd4284 no they dont, sorry but wee baltic countries have plenty even in Poland we have a couple more than Mateusz but coz they are from the middle of nowhere the odds of getting noticed or invited are slim. Not to mention the middle east same story. Plus it is almost impossible for them athletes to travel to far away places as they couldn't afford to participate in qualifiers usually held in the US so in theory they can go in practice not really.
@@thestrongestnerd4284 do you really think a Polish or Iranian version of Mark Felix would get a single invite to giants live not to mention WSM? Or if Mark Felix still resided where his ancestors migrated from to the UK he would be going to WSM this year? The same principle applies to young SM and to US and Canada. Ireland has a bit of luck coz of its ties with the UK hence Pa gets invites. I can assure you at this moment in any Eastern and Middle European country there is a handful of active SM on par with Pa and better.
