unlike most transmissions you can skip gears so you don't have to go through all 13 gears for example you could skip 1 and start in 2 then shift straight up to 4 skipping 3 in the process

@joe23ba thats why your truck doesnt have a 13 speed. Its his truck let him do what he wants with it. Personally i agree with you 13 is way to much, and this coming from a guy thats running a th400 3 speed. I I wouldnt install anything more than a nv5600 6 speed in any of my trucks.

The rt613 i belive was a sae 2 bell, you can buy a factory industrial cummins that came with a sae 2 bell. They came in f650/750/800 as well as school busses. But most was 24valve which can run stand alone. I belive the bell housing plate in the back of the engine is removable so you could swap one easy enough but dont hold me to that
