      多くの日本人は安い寿司屋では箸で食べていますが、高い寿司屋では手で食べるのがマナーだと知っていて手で食べています。つまり、あんまり気にしなくて大丈夫です。

      Sushi is often eaten using one's hands. In Japan, Sushi was originally developed as a "finger food" sold from street stalls. Using hands is still an accepted practice today.

      I'd walk away, seriously. I don't want anyone touching my food with bare hands. I'm not paying to eat someones sweat and skin grease, and in this chef's case, probably nail fungus as well.

      @@derbigpr500多くの日本の高級寿司屋の寿司職人は店を建てる前に技術とマナーを別の高級寿司屋で5年間学びます。その技術とマナーの中には最も重要なマナーとして最初に食べる前の衛生管理と調理する前の衛生管理を学びます。寿司に使われる魚はとても綺麗な状態でも3日ほどしか保てないのです、これらの技術とマナーはとても高度な物であり、それらの努力を知らない日本人ではないあなた達に手袋をはめろなんて言う資格はありません。そして日本は世界でもトップレベルに衛生管理がされていて衛生基準が高い国なのはしっかりとした根拠とデータがあります。これらを今見たのなら今すぐ日本に行って手袋をつけてない寿司を食べて感動しなさい。

      A good restaurant washes their hands frequently instead of using plastic gloves. It’s cleaner food that way, but costs more time.

    • @StoutZ33
      @StoutZ33 Год назад +9

      @@leiah6514 absolutely! And technically changing gloves requires more time because according to sanitation requirements here In Illinois, we are required to wash hands in between glove changes. Can’t also forget about cutting pieces of the glove into foods when doing precision knife work, which happen all the time, and that would be considered a physical contaminate.
