Models which support internal 2.5" hard drives (or SSDs in a 2.5" form factor) have an "H" appended to the basic model.

Thats now how ram speed works. dual channel allows both modules to be addressed by the memory controller as one stick. There is not a noticable performance boost by running 2x2GB sticks vs 1x4GB stick. Its allways better to buy the bigger stick now, not multiple smaller ones. Its usually cheeper and most OEMS do this to save money, however most highend machines will come with less, larger mem modules, not more smaller ones. If you dont believe me do some googleing, its a well proven concept if you look at actuall benchmarks

You're right, I didn't know that, thanks. Here is one of the sources en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Multi-channel_memory_architecture#Performance ... although for some specific use cases like compiling it may bring as much as 80% increase www.gamersnexus.net/guides/1349-ram-how-dual-channel-works-vs-single-channel/Page-2

why does the argument persist about one memory card vs. two, and each side says the other is wrong?

nice things, but some more aluminium i wouldn,t mind and a sticker on it....for the version and for a descent skywell it will cost you 1000euro, which buys me a nice laptop, and the os costs you 150euro for the shitty win 10.while you buy a pad with win 10 for 200, but the cheap models are nice, but still... Is building a small desktop not the most affordable way?

You say Seagate when you read Samsung because Seagate bought Samsungs HDD division? And for the love of god stop drinking before you shoot your videos.

    Holy ESD fails, Batman!!! :-)
I realise these are samples rather than longterm hardware but it makes me shudder when I see people poking at chips without any ESD precautions. You'll PROBABLY be OK most of the time but why abuse poor defenceless ICs like that?

As long as you aren't wearing wool socks on a carpet you will be fine no matter what.
