    而且石膏 滷水都是鹽滷 都是提煉海水同時產生的兩種不同東西 他是哪種鹽滷

      Soybeans do not need to be peeled, just soak in water

      It actually doesn't matter how much they put...they have measured how much volume the coagulated soy milk lose after pressed...you can calculate that with your own molds

      The foam is the disipitation of protein from the milk and it changes the final product a lot if left in...colour,aroma,taste are the main factors that will be changed...the same thing happens with soup making

    เราเคยทำเต้าหู้กินเองค่า ใช้Magnesiumchlorideที่ได้มาจากนำ้ทะเล และมีรสขม มาใส่ในนำ้เต้าหู้ เพื่อให้เต้าหู้แตกตัวเหมือนกับการเนยแข็งของทางยุโรป

      差不多是在八十度c左右。可以在you tube 找盐卤豆腐制做就找得到。
