You can also reduce the amount of oil if you wish. This is actually a chinese food (liangpi) and chinese people use lots of oil in their sauces. Traditionally they use it because oil prevents the sauce from getting bad in shorter period of time. I have not tried it boiling 😊 Please try it by yourself. I guess it works. 😊
Lafing is a tasty good food if served and consumed occasionally, because it had a high gluten content which is hard to digest by our human body. stay healthy love food. cheers....
