We are dominant now and if we come together we can stop all the sufferings. A good question about adoption, but unfortunately people run behind breeds spend about 25k to get a puppy but no one is interested in adopting a street dog. I live nearby the area and yes there is noise but when the lady purchaded the land before 15 years it was all empty space around. We cant blame her for that right. And talking about noise to politicians, I actually know what power did to the old lady, a commoner who tried to save all the dogs out there all alone. So only if you go through such situations you will know how difficult it is. And na nallavala illaya nu prove panum nu avasiyam illa, paramathma knows what I am doing. That is more than enough.
