Great to run into Sean, Graham and Rueben at the Melbourne 4x4 show yesterday. The seat covers will be perfect to keep the Outback dust and mud off the seats in my 2014 F150 SVT Raptor. I reckon that Raptor Round Oz on the covers will give me even more incentive to the build. Great works guys.

I did this trek to Cape York in 1979 when I was about 26. I drove a Nissan Patrol LWB and mate had Toyota 4b. Trip totally destroyed my Nissan but have great memories and I kept a diary of whole trip. This trek of yours soooo similar! Seat covers now needed for a Prado and want Mighty Mick on them. Cheers

I'm driving a Suzuki Grand Vitara XL7 2.0 TD and it's built as an overlander. It has been many 1000's af kilometers around Europe, including over 2000 meters up and over the alps, with roads 15 degress up and down. It is absolutely a joy to spend weeks at a time in that vehicle.

My truck is a bit different & reasonably rare in Oz. 1999 K1500 Suburban. Just the 1 locker in a 14 bolt full floater in the rear & 35's but I certainly don't get into the wild stuff you guys do. I've had to make everything as there's just nothing in Oz for her, but that's half the fun. Love the extra room, the fact I've never seen another like mine & she's set up to be self sufficient in the remotest of areas. "Gone Walkabout" or just "Walkabout" would be my seat covers! I used to fly choppers in the Torres Strait and flew over the old tele many times and in the wet. Haven’t done it yet in a 4wd but have wanted to for years. One day when I get the hj61 sorted I will. Bit of a hike from Perth though
