I can't stop eating this Cucumber salad! So fresh and Crunchy!

Ingredients:
1 cucumber
4 tomatoes
1 onion
1 garlic clove
freshly chopped coriander leaves
For the dressing
1/cup olive oil
1/4cup red wine vinegar
1tsp honey
1tsp dry oregano
1tsp salt
1/2tsp black pepper
