Minor optimisation: "boolean B = (boolean A != false)"; boolean B is actually the same as boolean A (if A is false, B is false, if A is true, B is true). I love the use of a redstone lamp as a latch, I would never have thought of that!
Got it so close in my testing, was working with the percentage and think I did a calculation wrong. Great work as always though, set yourself a challenge and nailed it!
