How to Install a high performance radiator in a WRX/ STI

    What about the condenser that came off the old radiator? How does that go on the new one?

    Where did you get the expansion port plug? I just got my Mishimoto radiator and got 2 of the same size

    You should have changed the hose clamps too, these clamps loose their tension after a while.

    Was that the 2 or 3 core rad ? And how much clearance have you got between the overflow bottle amd air pump ?

    Acura TL 04-08 have large car Clubs, It would be nice to have a mishimoto radiator that fits for our cars which mishimoto has not release yet

    Old vid I know but what bonnet is that? Is that wrapped factory hood or carbon fibre aftermarket one?

      That is factory just painted in a custom colour.

    Are you sure the green coolant is compatible with Subaru's blue coolant?

      If its been flushed, no problem, if it has not been flushed then the coolants could become an acid and eat all the gaskets , but i dont think hes an idiot

      @@superhacker101 it’s absolutely not, subaru uses special additives in their coolant that prevent their head gaskets (which are always touching coolant due to the shape of the motor unlike most cars) from blowing

      My radiator fans are turning on whilst driving sedately. Temperature is normal, heater works and air-conditioning aswell. 2016 wrx sti 130,000km. Had it since new. Original radiator

    No way I can fit that in with my Perrin charge pipe. Barely any room left between rad and charge pipe.

    If one buy a performance car isn't it already a performance radiator in it? Then why buy a new one if the first one ain't broken

      Because it’s not a performance car from the factory. It’s just a 30k car with a turbo. I love mine but I upgraded the radiator and intercooler before I did any other mods.
