This is an amazing product. I used it on a 17 year old Mazda Miata LS with the original catalytic converter. Here's what prompted me to consider the product. In the summer months in Florida, it gets very hot and very humid so a naturally aspirated engine will struggle to "breathe" especially with the load of air conditioning compressor and sitting in traffic. So I would get the same symptoms each summer, engine would bog down, rpms would vary wildly and while the Miata never quit on me, she would balk and run poorly. Then there was the awful smell of exhaust that told me that the end gas detonation (pinging) was indicative of fuel not being burned properly in the cylinders OR it was not being recirculated through the EGR and cat. No codes, no one could figure out what the issue was. I knew the cat was the issue but still no codes. I saw this product and thought, it is worth a try rather than buying a new cat (no rattling or broken baffles in the catalytic converter so that had already been checked out). I put 1/3 in a half tank and drove it like I stole it. Next day, down to quarter tank, put another 1/3 product in and again ran it hard. I couldn't believe the difference. It was like I was driving a new engine! Smooth, light and nimble she accelerated so deftly and purred down the road. No exhaust smell and guess what, I could actually hear the exhaust note in the car (a must have for a sports car driver...it's part of the fun of owning one). Finally a few days later, when I saw the slight variation in rpms at idle, I added the last bit and ran her hard. This is a great product that saved me from buying a new catalytic converter and gave me Miata the energy she deserves. Driving is a pleasure again instead of a constant niggle. I will be ordering another can soon just to have on hand! Thank you. Love the name. Growl....purr!!!
This formula acts fast to clean cyclinders, piston heads, injectors and the catalectic converter. My 'Check Engine' light came on for 'bank 1 (passenger side) and so I ordered this German brand cleaner, even though it does not claim to Guarantee my Audi Q7 would pass emmissions tests seems to have worked! Within two days after putting it in the gas tank the 'Check Engine' light went off on it's own. I recomend this product for use on modern automotive uses. Also after research of causes related to this 'Check Engine' fault, I've switched from regular gas to Premeium. I now vary my driving style to drive it a little harder to get RPM's up. I also had the system checked for leaks prior to using it. Because leaks can cause your vehicle to throw the 'Check Engine' fault code! ....my OBD2 sensor reads normal now on my cell phone!
This product works as it states on the label. My car had a slight sulfur odor under hard acceleration and hill climbing, and after a tankful of this product the smell hasn't returned. One thing though, try not to get it on your hands for it does have a strong mechanical/ chemical odor that takes a lot of scrubbing to get rid of.
It’s a good product I noticed the performance pick up in my vehicle and I still roughly somewhat have an a problem with my cattle to convert voters so it’s hard to tell but I do notice increase power and less fuel being wasted
I was told I needed a new catalytic convertor. I used this product and after a while the check engine light went off and has not come back on. It apparently did its job
I just saw a whole fume was coming out of exhaust after catalytic converter replacement. i think mechanic only cleansed it, not replaced it. If a new catalytic converter is replaced, does the mechanic have to do fuming a lot of gas through exhaust? please reply me.

you need to have 4 to 15 gallons when adding the catalytic converter cleaner additive.
