Listening to metronome while holding isometric? So not moving to the metronome, and it still works?

After watching the whole video, I can say that I don't understand the purpose of TNT.

    Hi Ebonie,
Is the app available for download? I’m unable to find it on the apple App Store

Just looked into this, its on the google play store, but is half finished and is not working for anyone, so I guess this whole TNT thing is not as great as the intial hype would have led us to believe.

@@pozzarefds I noticed that too on Google play. To bad because this seemed like such a brilliant lecture. Maybe it just has to be done person to person, not by app.

Is the science clear on this? Some of the science actually indicates isotonic has a greater analgesic effect

I guess it's refutable, so take it with a pinch of salt. We can't have exact data i suppose
