Use those persuasive skills and change that bi weekly to weekly. That schedule is brutal on you and the equipment. I could never make money on bi weekly mows. I do understand you are working with a long term customer and are doing a favor and I applaud you. Whats their reasoning for wanting that schedule?

On your stander do you have a chute blocker on the mower ? Maybe that would solve your problem with clumping
I don’t. I have tried the chute blocker and I didn’t really care for it. Lots of blow out, kind of made a mess
