That was fun. Not at all att this level to play it fast but it was real fun to hear it on the violin. I will try any way, Can´t be bad to practice. Thanks
I was a bit confused at first regarding fingering but it makes sense. Actually it more than makes sense. Because I have rapidly worsening rheumatoid arthritis, it had become impossible to use my first finger on the G string - D string. The way it is twisting, the bone just doesn't allow me to play A or E. HOWEVER, being able to shift up so that my 2nd finger is close to my first, it works out great. I will probably be using this on other things I thought were just lost to me. It will take practice to unlearn this - as a beginner, 1st position, if the note is between lines it is played with even numbered finger 0 or 2 or 4. If a line crosses the note, it's odd, played with finger 1 or 3. When first learning the notes, that was just what helped me memorize them. My memory trick for finger placement when flat/sharp = flat, you pump UP & sharp, you cut DOWN. Thank you. I was beginning to think I had just waited to long to start playing. I know I will never be very good, but just playing scales or playing open strings, when I hear and feel the note, whatever it is I'm trying to play, when it's right, it just feels good. That's good enough for me.

Why does my violin sound screechy when I use my fingers?
Hi Cloud, please try to experience with different finger pressure, speeds and contact points. Feel free to let me know if these tips help :)
