This game was awesome, and will standout as one of my favorite games in my gaming collection. The story campaign was epic in scale, the detail in graphics, the time invested in story, every little detail and environmental interaction was crazy good. The explosions and mayhem around every corner, uh hem having metroplex as your personal body gaurd rocks. Playing as variety of TF and grimlock is priceless. Hope they add extra DLC levels to Story campaign like more levels, boss fights, me likee :D

Campaign was of the hook awesome, i mean having metroplex as your body gaurd and calling in air strikes was sick, also destroying air craft carriers on a regular basis and stalker tanks getting blown to smithereens was epic as hell. not to mention controlling many different TF with different abilities like stealth, grapple, airstrike, shock wave, pain wave, melee brutal kills as grimlock, and minicon ejecting as sound wave was awesome. The ever shifting metallic world was sweet.
BIG SPOILER AT THE END OF THE TRAILER WHERE LORD MEGATRON GOT SMASH TO SHIT BY METROPLEX.

There Are No Words To Describe The Awesomeness In This Trailer.
They're releasing it very soon, along with a multiplayer trailer. There's supposed to be a multiplayer hands-on demo at San Diego Comic-Con 2012.
I agree, while I think Bay's movies didn't really satisfy the longtime fans and weren't too well conceived, it gave Transformers are broader audience that the cartoons, toys, comics etc. couldn't do, and it did satisfy the public somewhat, because each of the movies were very successful financially if not critically. And, thanks to the movies, I'm now a Transformer fan, so I do have him to thank for getting me into Transformers. But this game is gonna kick ass.

I agree. They did say that the story of the Autobot's journey to Earth has never been told. If High Moon does decide to continue the story, which I hope they do, they should do a game about the trip to Earth.

Purple Blood. In multiplayer, if you, an autobot or decepticon, melee another, autobot or decepticon, up close. Purple Blood splatters on your HUD screen, though the purple blood is a bit clear so it's hard to notice it. This is from WFC Multiplayer.
Yeah, explaining how the Autobots gain allies throughout the galaxy and lose some to the Decepticons as they try to escape the Decepticon's Wrath as they fight back and, again, try to escape them.
Hans Zimmer did soundtracks for a couple of games, Modern Warfare 2 and Crysis 2, and of course they're both EPIC

As much as how crazy Michael Bay is... you are pretty much right. It brought in a bunch of new fans and made Transformers more well-known as ever again... even if the last two movies did suck.

Im pretty sure that if Michael Bay had not done the movies, nobody at High Moon would have thought of making the games.Bay brought the series back from the dark, and even though he didnt do an excellent job, he at least did a decent job in my eyes.I enjoyed all 3 movies to a point that im never bored.

If you look on the left @ 0:12, it looks like metroplex's chest. Plus optimus has a cool pose @ 1:10, especially with the lightning effects

I always felt that a more electronic score would've suited the Transformers film rather than a big orchestral overture. And it really doesn't suit a game unless it's Risk or something else without giant robots. All props to Zimmer though, he's a talented man.

I saw an E3 gameplay video. The player had to meet Brawl at a bridge in Vortex's mission and Vortex landed at the bridge and Brawl walked out of a warship sort of thing. Then he and Vortex had a conversation while com-linking Onslaught I believe and then Brawl transformed into an AA tank and shot missiles at this gear. Also, he was in a interview about the design and abilities. I'll send you the links.

Grimlock's team's name before the "Dinobots" was actually the Lightning Strike Coalition Force.
Its the cannon for all transformers generations so g1 prime and so on. but this is pretty awesome video!!! August 21st cant wait!!!! i won't be seen for weeks
Why do people constantly complain about how Michael Bay ruined the Transformers franchise. He brought in more fans to the franchise, therefore, we all must respect and appreciate what he did. If you're a fan of the live-action movies, G1, the shows, any continuity of the Transformers, at the end of the day, you're all still fans of Transformers.

Despite the hate for Michael Bay's version of transformers (although I personally thought they were decent enough) one of the cool things in the film was how sometimes bots would be in vehicle mode, then transform and melee an enemy, then quickly go back to vehicle mode all in one clean motion. I think that would be a crazy cool power, or even just a melee attack as a character exits vehicle mode (as in a special animation.)
