What about ultimate spider man
Justice League Unlimited
Lets make something clear.
Darkwing duck, PowerPuff girls and Super Friends are NOT better than Avengers Earths Mightiest Heroes.

Batman : the animated series is a masterpiece , that wasn't a "kid's show" , it was for everyone , characters , voices and developments pretty good
I am vengeance, I am the Knight, I AM BATMAN
It was so awesome they brought the actual voice actors for the Arkham series
Batman the Animated Series was definitely not a kid's show. Andrea Romano is the unsung hero of the series. This has to be the greatest casting job in animation history. She deserves more praise for her work.
yes it was a kids show
thats why it was 7+ line other kids shows
but it was something everyone could enjoy and watch
Facts, was even on prime time.
Nothing beats the gorgeous art style and animation and the incredible voice acting of the 90s superhero shows.
Death Note.
yeah
Late 2000s/early 10s was better, the animation of the 90s is insanely outdated in comparison.
Kevin Conroy, best Batman EVER!!!
My personal favorite was X-Men Evolution. Definitely deserves an honorable mention for character portrayal and storytelling, even if some episodes weren't done as well as others (plus I believe it's where X-23 was first introduced, so that's cool). I also love Batman TAS, Justice League, and Static Shock.
Pretty much everything from the DCAU was great in one way or another. Also yes, X-men: Evolution was great
If X-Men Evolution was given more seasons; I think it would had surpassed the original
Agreed!!! I liked X MEN Evolution more than X MEN TAS
I was going to mention this exactly. It would have been number 4 on this list for me.
Batman: The Animated Series deserves the number 1 spot. No other animated show can compete with its glory
It is ridiculous how good it was. I'm sure they could've gotten away with a lot lesser quality show.
Agreed.
I'm not a DC fan at all…but, Batman: The Animated Series & The Dark Knight movie, are superior to what Marvel has put out so far.
Awesome
You're right it's a cut above the rest
0:44 The Avengers: Earth's mightiest
1:35 super friends
3:07 darkwing duck
4:17 the powerpuff girls
5:27 todd McFarlane's spawn
6:43 Batman beyond
7:50 transformers
9:11 the spectacular spider-man
Avengers: EMH should've been way closer to the top. This show was awesome and deserved a third season before being replaced by Avengers Assemble.
How did they consider Young Justice, Batman Beyond, Spawn, 90's TMNT, Transformers spectacular Spiderman, power puff girls, and 1 season of invincible better than Avengers EMH? That was LUDACRIS.
@@joshsmith3222 Young Justice and Invincible ARE better than EMH. But I agree, it should've at least been in the top 10. Imo, What If...? didn't deserve to be in the top 10 at all.
Exactly. I love that show so much and I think it really should have been higher. For me it's my favourite show of all time and I literally clicked this video to see it's position only, but I believe it deserves to be higher, definitely not number 20
@@harshjain9615 yeah, I do think that’s a bit of a stretch. Maybe not even top 20. Don’t get me wrong, I did enjoy What If. But it did not deserve to be so high up
@@joshsmith3222tmnt was legendary
Batman the Animated Series could've simply cashed in their chips by having _the_ definitive voices for Batman and Joker (I'm sure some younger members in the audience will disagree, but even they can't deny that the bar was raised with Conroy and Hamill), but the series continued to go above and beyond with the art style, the setting of 1930's meets 1990's, and reimagining of characters. The series not only gave you what you what you wanted, it gave you things you didn't think you wanted: Harley Quinn, a sympathetic Mr. Freeze and Clayface, that Batmobile, etc.
Batman Brave and the Bold's episode, Chill of the Night, brought both of them back as The Phantom Stranger and The Specter respectively. it also had Adam West and Julie Newmar as Thomas and Martha Wayne. Easily the best episode of that series.
@@DarkClaw0912 And I found out at an earlier date in The Batman (the tv series) they brought back Conroy as Dick Grayson’s father and Hamill as Tony Zuco in Season 4
@@zeldagameryt4018 And Adam West played the Mayor.
@@zeldagameryt4018 Some people don't like fan service like that, but I love it. I heard Hamill tell a story about being invited to read a Batman scene for a writers capstone final, or charity, or something. But instead of Conroy playing Batman, they got Adam West. That is something I would love to have witnessed.
@@DarkClaw0912 wasn’t there some weird LEGO like animation that had West and Ward as Batman and Robin but had Hamill as Joker?
Totally agree with X-Men and Batman animated series, are masterpieces, also i'm glad Darkwing is on the list, i LOVED that show when i was a kid.
Batman: The Animated Series, The Batman, Spider-Man: The Animated Series, The Spectacular Spider-Man, Marvel’s What If…?, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2012 and 1987 Series are the best shows I would watch forever!
Tmnt 2003 is better than any of those
@@khamla616don't think so
respect yo opinion tho
@@pal8698 Have you actually seen TMNT 2003? I don't think its better than all of these shows but I think it at least comes close to the top 10. Definitely over stuff like What If and The Powerpuff Girls.
Captain Planet. It showed my that looting and polluting wasn’t the way. But The Transformers (still want to cry when Optimus dies and Hot Rod catches the matrix), The mitigities (what my lil bro called Ninja Turtles, and Xmen/Spiderman/Batman of that era were life.)
Come on. No Captain Planet? Freaking had the legendary Geordi LaForge/Reading Rainbow guy voice the narrator.
"The Batman: 2004" series is defiantly worth an honourable mention. Now THAT was a memorable show. It had everything akin to Bruce Timm's OG universe: Perfect Tone, Badass Designs, Great Storytelling, New Original Characters, Excellent Fights, an Epic! Theme Tune.... like it was sooooo good man.🦇❤ Not only is it criminally underrated, but it's the only DC animated show on record other then Teen Titans to reach 5 successful seasons.... not even Batman TAS itself managed that!.
Teen Titans Go also has more than 5 seasons.
@@PeterGriffin11 No one cares about Teen Titans Go!.
Was about to say this… loved the Batman 2004 show. So we’ll done. I’d even say it’s on par with BTAS if not better
*definitely.
Yep... I thought I would hate it, but after the post first season movie 'Batman vs. Dracula', I was on board with the different take on Gotham City.
Not sure if it counts but Original Ben 10 deserves a mention on here as well and I enjoy that show a lot. Genuinely underrated and creative compared to many of these shows.
personally I much more enjoyed Alien Force/Ultimate Alien a little more
I think it should count.
Agreed, at least the three original Ben 10, after that, hianother cartoonish-childlish stories were a bummer. Also Generator Rex was kinda underrated and the crossover with Ben, was interesting
@@Matt_El_Comicologo84 OV IMO is decent. Sure the animation might not be as good as the first 3 series but it had a lot of good moments and there are some storylines that aren't childish. I do hate that reboot that came right after that, that was the definition of childish.
Ben10 was definitely worthy of a vote
Batman TAS and X-Men TAS are a league unto themselves. I wish they also included other beloved superhero series like GI Joe, Thundercats, Voltron, etc.
Gi Joe & Voltron main cast deals with soliders & mercenaries that have to do their job as an oath they took to serve. The Thunder Cats were overthrown refugees. Transformer & the 90's Ninja turtles shouldn't count either because they're not superheroes.
@@joshsmith3222 thunder cats and voltron were anime
Still no X-Men: Evolution. That show REALLY deserves more love and recognition, that was my childhood (and introduction to X-Men).
I would also like to add TMNT from 2003 which were miles better than any iteration of Ninja Turtles. The animation, storytelling, voice acting, dark tone combined with humour between the turtles plus the best version of Shredder imo is the peak of Ninja Turtles
Wolverine and the X-Men was great too.
Batman: The Animated Series, Teen Titans, Young Justice, Justice League: Unlimited, and the Superman animated series are my all time favorite DC shows.
What about Teen Titan GO ? 😂😂🤣
Absolutely same, and Batman Beyond was awesome too! These are the best of the best!
@@OckdaGod1 we don't talk about Teen Titans Go 😒
@@OckdaGod1 it's trash
Yes, those shows were the best. Not like the ones we get today.
Don't forget these brilliant shows;
TMNT 2012
TMNT 2003
Wolverine and the X-Men
X-Men Evolution
Danny Phantom
YES! Finally some love for TMNT 2003 which are easily the best iteration of Ninja Turtles imo
I remember watching 2013's TMNT and I loved it
Facts
Justice League and Justice League Unlimited is top tier! Teen Titans and The Batman Animated Series is also goated!
I will never understand why Young Justice was cancelled.
It was because of toy sales/merchandise don’t think Cartoon Network understood it’s audience
Word
@@jj125 Bullsh.t
There's a new season on HBO Max 🤦🏿
Actually Young Justice has been pickup and renewed for a third and four season on DC Universe (the streaming service I once subscribed but it was dissolved) and now moved onto HBO Max after it was cancelled on Cartoon Network.
*"Batman: the Animated Series"* is an all time classic. This year is its 20th anniversary. The 90s was also great for the *"X-Men"* and *"Amazing Spider-Man"* series.
You mean 30th anniversary, but yes it's an all time classic for sure
@@Deandrebeck13 well spotted. It 1992, not 2002. That was a big gaffe.
Don't forget Superman TAS and Hulk.
Batman: the animated series.
One show to rule them all.
Honestly static shock deserves its own a love action movie it's about time for them to push the envelope the series in itself was one of the best that they've done in a very long time
He is supposed to be getting one. If the head of Warner Bros. Discovery dosen't cancel it too.
@@juanrisa945 makes you wonder how bad the Batgirl movie was for them to pull the plug. Maybe they can try sticking to the comics, and not inserting thier politics into it.
If you watch Milestone Generations, the documentary based on Milestone Media/Comics, one of the founders of Milestone, Dennys Cowan, confirmed that there will be a live action Static movie. Hopefully it won't get cancelled.
@@Muhammadwasapedo Not all bad movies suck because of politics, you know? Some are just bad. Take Dragonball Evolution, fir example. 0 politic stuff and is still the worst film based on a manga ever made.
@@juanrisa945 I know that, but there are multiple reports of Batgirl being scrapped due to it being too political.
Can not believe the 1967-70 Spiderman series isn't on the list, still has the best theme song of them all
I would also like to add TMNT from 2003 which were miles better than any iteration of Ninja Turtles. The animation, storytelling, voice acting, dark tone combined with humour between the turtles plus the best version of Shredder imo is the peak of Ninja Turtles
Nah the 94 version was better
@@nekonebitan2912 you're right
Dude.......best theme song was Teen titans. Sung by Puffy Ami Umi. 😂
I am honestly shocked X-men Evolution isn't on the list. It was such an amazing series, and in my opinion at least seems to be very underrated by many.
It’s definitely better than a couple on this list
I loved X-Men: Evolution
Top 10 easily

Agreed.
Transformers are not super heroes
Transformers should be in top 7
Honorable mention to X men evolution, Ben 10 and Danny Phantom
Wolverine and the X-Men was great too.
Batman the Animated Series,Superman the Animated Series,Justice League and JL Unlimited,Young Justice,Teen Titans,Static Shock,Invincible,Xmen the Animated Series and Powerpuff Girls all still stand the test of time to this day and I'd recommend them to anybody who likes comics.
Fun Facts about Batman TAS:
It was originally animated on black paper to help give it that darker look.
The character of Mr. Freeze didn't have a real backstory until Paul Dini's story, Heart of Ice, which introduced the idea that he is trying to find a cure for his wife's illness.
Harley Quinn was created for this show as a one of henchwoman for Joker. She became so popular that Paul Dini used her in more episodes, wrote the story Mad Love which gave her origin, and was contacted by DC comics asking him for permission to use her in their comic books.
I see someone watched the batman animated series documentary. It was definitely worth the watch!
I watched heart of ice yesterday can’t truly appreciate that show as a kid
Fun Fact: Mask of the Phantasm opening theme "lyrics" was not actual words but names written backwards of everyone that was part of the production
Mr. Freeze was one of my favorite Batman Villains as a kid, especially in The Animated Series. His backstory was so Heartbreaking and sad, and I got to feel for him and his wife. And even though he doesn't enjoy wearing it, Freeze's Sub-Zero Suit and Helmet has always been a Top Tier Villain costume to me.
@@Aries6256 Kevin Smith's Fatman on Batman podcast (now call Fatman Beyond) started with him sitting down with Paul Dini for the first episode or two. They were excellent interviews, but unfortunately they are behind a pay wall now. Episode's 3 & 4 were with Mark Hamill which were also very good.
Superhero cartoons are just the greatest! not only did they play a big part in our childhood they are also fun to watch when we want to see some badass action scenes!!!
Spectacular Spider-Man, Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, X Men: Evolution, Batman Beyond, Teen Titans 2003, and The Batman (Not the film, but 2004 show) are my childhood shows.
Is the 2004 Batman the one where they make batgirl and poison ivy look like kids?
@@recapnerd2657 yes.
@@RealCFZ oh ok, I was confusing it with another Batman show from the early 2000’s
The Avengers EMH was really awesome. It was my childhood show too.
@@arohansinha4046 it also introduced me to Black Panther, Ant-Man, Wasp and even GOTG.
Hearing the X-Men Animated Series in Doctor Strange 2 DID give me goosebumps, I have to admit!
So what’s your thoughts on X-Men ‘97 coming?
@@lupinvash3
I'm afraid to be honest.
How much will they woke-it-up to go in line with their current narrative and ideology that is literally cursing the MCU and pretty much everything Darth Mouse related nowadays ?!
@@jean-mi1825 well in case you weren't aware the xmen as a whole concept in the comics have pretty much been woke since the 70s and 80s before the word woke was even a thing.
@@iraford5788
See, that's the problem.
Most people confuse the diversity, inclusiveness and the strong women that were before with today's wokism.
Look no further than X-Men: there's always been strong women right from the beginning with Jean Grey, and as soon as the new iteration was created, we had strong women, persons of colour and even LGBT characters, that were CREATED like this, and were NEVER defined by it... with wokism, straight characters became LGBT, mâles were replaced by women that were better BECAUSE they were women and despised men or, because White became Black. Woke characters are mostly defined by their opposition, not the characters themselves.
X-Men weren't woke in the late 70's to early 00's. They were diverse... the real way, NOT the way the woke people want you to think it is (sorry if I'm not clear sometimes... English is not my mother langage).
Batman the animated series was the best and today it is a legendary series
The Clayface episode of BTAS really hit hard when I was a kid.
Batman: Brave and The Bold! Hands down will always be my favourite animated superhero show it paractically intoduced me to the plethora that is DC and the writing was good.
Some honourable mentions include Justice League Unlimted, X-Men 97 Disgustingly hyped for it's revival, Young Justice S1-2, Teen Titans, Classic Ben 10, Alien Force/Ultimate Alien, Omniverse, TMNT 2003 and TMNT 2012, Transformers Prime, What if..., Spectacular Spider-Man, Ultimate Spider-Man and Avenger Assemble S1-3, Totally Spies!
I also love The brave and the bold. It has great style!
Batman Beyond is so underrated. It’s my favorite Kids’ WB! non anime series of all time and it ended before it got stale. I’d love to see it come back and the only thing I’d change about the list is to make it higher on the list. For me, it belongs in the top ten.
Also, X-Men: Evolution would make the list for me. That show was extremely underrated just like Batman Beyond.
Teen Titans Go having more seasons than Teen Titans is troublesome
This deserved at least three episodes - Top 20 DC Animated Superhero TV Series, Top 20 Marvel Animated Superhero TV Series and Top 20 non Marvel or DC Animated Superhero TV Series.
Here are the ones I love the looks of; Batman: The Animated Series, Teen Titans (original 2003 series), Transformers '84, TMNT '87, The Powerpuff Girls (original series), What If...?, Invincible and Harley Quinn (2019 series).
Agreed with this list.
I would of definitely reversed Teen Titans & Spectacular Spider-Man spots on this list. I agree Batman Animated series is easily number one. Also a overlooked series, Phantom 2040 is well worth a watch.
Lastly I’m really surprised Disney’s Gargoyles were not here
Gargoyles weren't technically superheroes, but that was a top ten cartoon back in the '90s.
@@Manufan-og1xg depends what you mean by super hero. Personally to me a hero saves people. A super hero would have super human powers. I see that the Gargoyles fit both of these thus they are super heroes.
There was only one possible correct answer for number one.
You guys nailed it.
I forgot Darkwing Duck ever existed. It came out a yr before I was born but in my deep child consciousness I remember it seeing now.
I would've had JL/JLU at number 2, and X-Men Evolution definitely deserved a spot on this list, but I don't think there was any doubt what number 1 would be. BTAS is simply too iconic in just about every way to not be at the top. One of the best cartoons ever made regardless of genre.
I think beast wars is my favorite transformers show! Although, my only negative about that show, it never felt like it was going anywhere plot wise lol, like they were always stuck in that one area, but i still loved it
It was about a war between alien robots who copied the imagine of various animals.
@@Jaxvidstar i understand that, but it felt like the same never ending battle, maybe cause i never saw the finale i dont know how it all ended but thats how i felt with what i did watch, but again, i definitely enjoyed it a lot
They were always stuck on the same planet, but so were the G1 transformers for most of the time (in fact it IS the exact same planet). Interestingly, despite being a foregone conclusion I found the episode 'The Probe' to be one of the best of S1, really shows how dangerous and resourceful this version of Megatron is.
@@johnjamesleahy4065 the point I forgot to include is they soldiers and don't call themselves heroes.
Spiderman, the 1967 animated series.
I have, Spiderman: The 1967 Animated Series, on DVD.
I watched this animated series, when I was five years old, when it premiered, back in 1967.

My personal Top 5:
1. Batman the Animated Series
2. Spider-Man the Animated Series
3. Harley Quinn the Animated Series
4. X-Men the Animated Series
5. Spectacular Spider-Man
Animated series Spiderman should be ranked a little higher
Bro the original Transformers is really amazing it shows how good 80's animation was the style is so good
Back in the 90s as a kid: Batman, X Men, Spiderman, TMNT, Darkwing Duck, Wild Cats, Superman, Mummies Alive
I mean if you didn't know BTAS was gonna be number one , then you must be new here
Not just to this channel but the internet in general
Woulda been an internet crime if not.
Avengers earth's mightiest heroes is one of my favorite shows, I'm disappointed to see it so low on the list. Any marvel fan should watch that show, up there with x-men the animated series for me.
My most favorite Marvel animated shows are What If…?, Avengers:Earth’s mightiest heroes,X-men The Animated series (1997),The Incredible Hulk, Fantastic Four and X-men Evolution.
For the DC Animated shows. Batman The Animated series,Superman the animated series,Justice League Unlimited,Batman the Brave and the Bold,Teen Titans,Batman Beyond,Static Shock and Harley Quinn.

EMH is easily the best marvel show with Daredevil
For me it's my favourite show. It really should have been higher. I came here to see it's position only.
Batman The Animated Series was an all time Childhood Favorite. There probably wasn't a single kid in the 90's that didn't watch it.
Whoever made this video was on point... Spectacular Spider-Man was AMAZING.... my favorite version of Spidey...
I love Static Shock.
All though it only had 2 season, Avengers: EMH should have been much higher on this list
Growing up in the 90's, we had the golden era of superhero stuff long before the marvel cinematic universe.
The Final Years of New Episodes from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
DC - Batman the Animated Series, Superman The Animated Series, Batman Beyond
Marvel - Spiderman, Iron Man, Fantastic 4, Silver Surfer, X-Men
As Well as Todd McFarlane's Spawn (The Animated Series)
The Animation quality for most of these are amazing, going deep to aim to appeal to whole families back in a time when most house holds had only 1 tv/1 tv with cable. And many of them had the comic book writers also helping with writing for the tv shows
X-Men TAS was a fun show alright, but I liked Evolution a little bit better for 6 reasons:
1: Nightcrawler was one of the main characters, who played an important role and had an interesting story, instead of appearing in under 2 episodes.
2: It went back to X-Men's original concept of being a School for gifted youngsters. We had a variety of other Students like Wolfsbane, Ice-Man, Multiple, and Boom-Boom.
3: Jean Grey can use her Powers without fainting. Like oh my goodness, that was just embarrassing in the original show.
4: Cyclops was given more personality than just "The Leader"
5: Like Harley Quinn in Batman TAS before her, X-23 debuted in this show and became quite a standout character, both in the show and in other forms of media.
6: We had The Brotherhood Of Evil Mutants in this show. In the 90s series, Magneto only Teamed up with Mystique and barely anyone else. While in this show, we have those 2 Plus Sabertooth and Juggernaut, as well as Avalanche, Toad, Blob, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver, who all had such cool designs, especially Wanda.
2009's Wolverine And The X-men was also pretty good, but it's a shame it only had 1 season.
So TAS doesn’t hold up?
@@Seasonal-Shadow_4674 It more than holds up, although the last season (which was a short season) is pretty rough as they changed production companies and the lowered budget really shows it's age. TAS is far better than Evolution IMO. TAS is a large part of why modern superhero movies became a thing. It's no coincidence that the first X-men/Spiderman films released at the time where people who were at the right age to watch the cartoon series were coming of the age to make decisions on attending the theatre. The OP makes a good point about Wolverine and the X-men show though. It was really good, and could have potentially rivalled TAS if given 4-5 seasons.

So what’s your thoughts on X-Men ‘97 coming, especially with some of the familiar voice actors coming back?
@@lupinvash3 Originally I was very excited. The voice actors mostly all returning was a nice bonus too (assuming they can still do the voices after 20 years vocal maturing) but that part wasn't necessary. Then I saw the recently released images and I am less excited. It seems they are going very heavy into computer drawn as opposed to the more hand-crafted/drawn style of the original. It's common with current cartoons, but I feel like it oft-times loses the magic/beauty. I will still try my best to get past that aspect, but I'm quite particular about art styles. That may prove to be a sticking point for me. What are your thoughts?
@@Seasonal-Shadow_4674 Don't get me wrong, The 90s show still holds up well, there are just some things that were done better in Evolution in my opinion.
Avengers earths mightiest heroes gets way to little credit. It was such a good show. And where is the Batman and ultimate spider man?

Oh god dude don’t even get me started on how much I hate ttg. I hate it so much I even tried to convince Tara Strong to stop voicing in it
@@austinpena5605 dc has consistency. Look at how many bad things disney marvel has done compared to dc. No way home retons so many things in the other spider man movies. Theyve made every man dumb or evil cuz they think that makes the woman seem stronger. Batgirl and supergirl getting canceled was good cuz they only made those movies cuz they were copying marvel and that wouldve lead them straight down the shithole
Batman The Animated Series is not only the best superhero Animated Series. It's the animated series OF ALL TIME. Amazing voice acting, amazing characters, amazing stories, amazing animation, and Amazing morals to be taught.
Beware the Batman deserves an honorary mention. CGI wasn’t the best, but it had great writing and stories, and it wasn’t afraid to change things up from usual Batman mythos. It had even bigger plans for season 2, but it got screwed over by Cartoon Network.
Being a Marvel Fanboy I have no problem letting Batman the Animated Series have Number One Billing because it was that good however I would have like to see Transformers higher on the list just because of the groundbreaking animations for the '80s that it had but the only thing close was Voltron
I would also like to add TMNT from 2003 which were miles better than any iteration of Ninja Turtles. The animation, storytelling, voice acting, dark tone combined with humour between the turtles plus the best version of Shredder imo is the peak of Ninja Turtles
My top few:
Batman the animated series
Batman Beyond
Superman
X Men
I agree that Batman the animated series is the greatest superhero animated series. It also has Adam West as the Grey Ghost, Robin’s origins, the beginning of Mr. Freeze’s tragedy and first appearance of Harley Quinn.
I would put some of the other superhero series higher like Batman Beyond, Superman the animated series and teenage mutant ninja turtles. I grew up with them and as of today they are still enjoyable.
There are other shows that were not on the list that I enjoyed.
Also there is a list of cartoons that were not on the list. Such as Ultimate Spider-Man, Batman Brave and the Bold, and X-men Evolution. Since Transformers was on the list, I would definitely put Gargoyles on the list. They are defenders of the knight, struggling to be accepted by humans, fighting against Demona, the Pack, Archmage and Thailog, and Xanatos is redeemed and becomes the Gargoyles’ ally.
This is the only WatchMojo video I've ever 100% agreed with. Shocked, even the order makes sense. Bravo to whoever made the list. Spot on!
There’s a reason why BTAS is Number one on here! And it’s simple, Because it’s the Best oF all time.
My favorite animated superhero shows are Teenage mutant Ninja turtles(The one from the late 80s and 90s but also The darker show from around 2003), Batman the Animated series and Batman Beyond, Duck Dodgers, Biker mice from Mars, Darkwin Duck, the 90s spiderman Animated series, Swat CATS, Xmen and Xmen evolution, The original Powerpuff girls, and the original Teen Titans.
Batman: The Animated Series, Superman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond, Static Shock, Justice League, Justice League Unlimited, Teen Titans, Young Justice, Harley Quinn, Spider-Man: The Animated Series, X-Men: The Animated Series, X-Men: Evolution, Ultimate Spider-Man, The Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes, Marvel Studios' What If..., Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1987, 2003 & 2012 series), The Transformers (Generation 1), G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, The Real Ghostbusters, Extreme Ghostbusters, Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Darkwing Duck and Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers are all my favorite animated superhero shows.
Me and a buddy of mine was having this discussion a month ago. Batman the animates series is definitely number 1 with JL/JLU as a hard 2nd, X-men 3rd, teen titans 4th, and batman beyond 5.
When X-Men came on, my friends and I would literally argue whoever was which character. I'd always say I was Wolverine and my brother would always pick Cyclops. Fun times, truly.
Harley Quinn made it above Spectacular Spider Man! You better not be holding out on us!
X-men the animated series is the greatest to me. Wolverine was the ultimate badass in that show! He may not be the biggest or strongest but he is the toughest.
Can you do top 10 episodes of The Batman 2004?
The avengers earths mightest heros will always have a place in my heart for when I watched it when I was a little kid so will Justice League Unlimited
Great list!!
Might be nostalgia but I prefer the 90s animated Spider-Man to spectacular Spider-Man though I will say spectacular is extremely well done.
X-Men Evolution deserved recognition, people I think dismissed it for the high school angle but it has a very good storyline imo
The Batman cartoon Movie "The Phantom Menace" was Legendary...!
So was Batman Beyond "Return of the Joker."
90's X-Men and Spider-Man were Iconic
Static Shock needs to come Back...!
And a Movie, a Cartoon movie and a Life action movie.
A relaunch Animated movie with the same voice actors.
Just a quick correction, but the name of the Batman movie is "Mask of the Phantasm." TPM is the name of the first Star Wars prequel film
@@ryankramer8779 Damn! Dude, you're in this 1 to? You just spelled checked me on the last Batgirl video!
I feel like if I'm running from my 8th grade English Teacher all over again in Test day 🏃...!
Lol😂!
I love this video's thumbnail, especially with the joke going around where Wolverine's mask looks like two Batmans kissing in front of Iron Man.
I love Ultimate Spider-Man and Young Justice
No love for Spiderman and His Amazing Friends? That was a great cartoon series, and should have gotten a mention. Spidey, Iceman and Firestar made a great team, and the show had guest appearances by characters like Captain America and the X-Men. I also noticed how you skipped over the fact that Batman the Animated Series introduced one of DC's most popular characters, Harley Quinn who was created specifically for the show as a sidekick for the Joker. She was so popular that DC contacted Bruce Timm and Paul Dini to use her in their comic books.
Clearly a kid from the 90’s….but I’d put Spider-Man in top 5, and I couldn’t put X-men under or over Batman. The 90s were the golden age of deep character writing in cartoons. And I believe shows like Invincible are bringing them back.
The Batman animated series, the X-Men animated series, the Spiderman Animated series. The 90's had the best comic book cartoons period!
I can’t wait for X-Men ‘97 to come as the continuation of X-Men: The Animated Series. At Comic Con, I saw a bit of a clip that was a storyboard concept before it gets animated, but they did have a sound clips of the music and characters. And I also met Lenore Zann at the Con, and she still about sounds the same as Rogue. Can’t wait to hear her and especially Cal Dodd (Wolverine) again.
They are making it gain?
You guys should do a top 10 or 20 list of 80’s cartoons. Very nostalgic.
YEAH! Batman's #1! LOVE that the 90s' X-Men series was #2. Those 2 shows were my childhood.
I haven't watched this yet but I'll bet at least half of these are from the 90s..being born in 85 and experiencing the 90s i can honestly say(bias aside) that the 90s was the greatest decade ever to be a kid
Batman the animated series is a true inspiration. I love the series in my childhood 👶
