7:20, when Nvidia comes up it's not a glitch or something. Ctrl alt z is the default for bringing up the Nvidia game/screen capture. You can change it, or turn it off and you won't have that problem anymore

I feel like a lot of people dont know this, but a really fast way to record something into a waveform is to highlight it and hit ctrl + alt + c. I get so frustrated when i see people go into edison to record something when this shortcut saves so much time

If you mess up while routing your samples from the channel rack to the mixer. Rather than renaming, you can actually select the mixer track you need to move and hold (alt + the left arrow key/right arrow key)

as for the first i already know all the shortcuts to the tools so it would be counter intuitive to hinder my beat making process with scrolling. double right click to get the mute thing, right click is delete, e is the highlighter thing, c is cut, p is pencil, idr any other tools off the top of my head but it’s pretty simple

I'm using a Mac but I'm pretty sure that all the shortcuts are the same on windows

1. You can just press a single key to choose your tool with no need to scroll
2. You can just ctrl+L when you've chosen instruments inside your pattern window with no need to ctrl+c it
3. You can just right click and press S on your pattern to split it (you can also press (almost and I don't know why) any key that is the same as the underlined letter in every single menu with no need to click the option itself (hope my words made sense))

4. You can press L on your playlist to switch between playing your playlist or selected pattern
5. You can always see the shortcut for the thing you're pointing at on the hint panel (upper left corner by default)
