Blase Lambert is CHI’s Treasurer and the CEO of the Confederation of Co-operative Housing in the UK. He has been a prominent figure in the UK cooperative housing sector for more than 25 years. He sheds light on the Wayshaper Sustainable Homes Toolkit and its retrofit methods which aim to reduce carbon emissions and energy costs for different types of housing.
Jim Holt is the lead innovator behind the Wayshaper series of toolkits for community-led housing. Wayshaper combines his professional work in creative and strategic design and research with his involvement in community living and an ongoing curiosity about the question 'how shall we live?'
