Yeah he just does things like live with a 17 year old girl while he’s in his mid thirties, have kids with other women while married to a different woman and not give proper cowriting credits to bandmates screwing them out of money. If there was anyone who would have benefited from a DMT trip or two, or dozen or more it’s Teddy.
He also dodged the draft in Vietnam (even though Ted loves guns). Courtney Love says she gave Ted a blowjob when she was underage...that happened a lot with these 1970s guitar gods (Jimmy Page). Ted Nugent is definitely his own island calamity.give a fuQ!! In the official recorded version released in the 1970's and for some time thereafter, the vocal portion as well as the rhythm guitar segments were performed by Derrick St. Holmes. St. Holmes eventually separated from Ted Nugent to expand upon his own career, and since then Uncle Ted has done the vocals himself. St. Holmes and Nugent occasionally will be seen still doing this song together live.

Your former head bartender: Jackie
Bartender- what was Teds favourite drink?
I luv your music 🎶 alot too 💘🤟🥰👼😇🙏😷🎎💫💯💗
perfect guitar - of course. but the drumming needs noticed. that guy is a fucking machine. i love live songs that capture this kind of magic.
Phenomenal drummer he crushed it.
One of the best parts of the song is when he comes in at 0:53 seconds with that great intro. Awesome power R&R.
What is the drummers name ?
@@jerrylehti7230 He evidently had a couple of different drummers, but his main drummer and the one on Stranglehold was Cliff Davies.
Love this song. Never forget Ted Nugent. Fan for years.
Hell Yeah,!!!!!!! Great Rock Song!!!!!!!! Im 70 still Rock n Roll!!!!!!!!
an amazing musician
Uncle Ted, always a thrill to watch.
This riff alone should be enough to put uncle Ted in the rock n roll hall of fame
Ted don’t give a shit about RnR HOF.
The R&R Hall of Fame is GARBAGE.
As political and "woke" as Jollywood -. If you have a different opinion than theirs then your OUT.
Unfortunately, this has happened to Ted - but the COOL part he Doesn't Give a Crap.
He Knows he's one of the Best guitarists EVER, so he lets his music do the talkin' -
Nothing but Love and Respect for my friend
@@sswulffable definition of “Woke”: paying attention and knowing what is going on around you. Don’t try to make the term out to be the boogeyman.
Wake up woke tard
@@KittyGrizGriz I wish that were true, but woke is just another term the Liberals use to further their agenda
His guitar solos are hypnotizing...
+Euryale Music Łanana jesteś przecwicze co lubisz pozwolisz?
@Euryale Music: They are HYPNOTIZING, due to their Repetitive nature.
I love it so free
His phrasing is unique.
A signature all his own

This is my first time listening to nugent after 40 years of listening to metal from Hendrix , purple, zeppelin , maiden and priest . Very good I have to say . 👍
Ted Nugent is the best guitar player ever! He mixes the blues and rock with so much emotion it’s crazy!
His mouth is controversial……,
But his musical soul is what should be focused on….
I remember rockin out to Ted back in the '70s as a teen, he was a powerhouse then and still is now.....Very under-rated guitarist.
Too bad crappy politics turned his brain to 🐿️ 🌰’sss.
We're a dying breed that grew up in pure ROCK AND ROLL HEAVEN ERA..We will die but the MUSIC will live on.
I tore up some nugent on my "broom guitar" it wad a Gibson of course 😅
Oh hell ya none of that Kung Fu fighting disco 💩
This man is a god
Uncle Ted is mean with that guitar

I wish he'd never stopped playing these byrdlands
Excellent! Would like to see Trump use this during his campaign. Love watching Ted on Spirit Campfire. Tune in to this show if you haven't yet. What a great patriot and a talented musician!
Maybe the🍊menace will ask permission before using a musicians licensed material. Nah, he’s too busy doing what he does best~Grifting~Lying~Whining.
You are so smart you probably voted for that lying, pos Biden!
Black and didn’t even get offended about the hat joke. This man is a LEGEND. Not too many musicians built like this man. Stayed true to himself from the beginning of his career all the way up to this very point. He didn’t go for the crossover. He is unapologetic. A disciplined musician. He is a MUSICIAN. I listen to everything but when it comes to rock……Ted is definitely in my Top 10. I’d love to sit and listen to this guy tell stories about his rocking days and his hunting stories on his ranch. The skills and knowledge this man has is something else. Rock on Ted 🤘🏾 🤘🏾.
Well put...I agree!
I got kicked out of a state park listening to this to loud!
Did you sneak back in later
😅😅😅
Uncle Ted
Ted is crazy. It's a big part of his charm. Some friends of mine jammed with him once in Atlanta. He's a great guy.
I didn't realize what a great guitar player Ted Nugent is, he gets such a great full sound out of that hollow-body while everyone else is playing the same old Stratocaster and Telecaster
the mighty mighty Gibson Byrdland
I do love the Fender stratocaster...but his American made guitar has an absolutely supreme sound!
@@triggerfish6619 And a fender stratocaster can't be american made?
Ted is one of my favorites then and now. Rock on!
Spent my teenage years in the early seventies in the suburbs of Detroit, there was no place on the planet quite like it at that time.
Ted Nugent For President Forever 🇺🇸
Few guitarists alive play with the soulful feel of Ted Nugent. His 'national anthem' on the G.B. show is the best ever version, ever.
What's the GB show? I don't have a show. Get it , my initials? My name is ..
saw him in the 70's he blew me away!! they dont make em like him anymore.
One of my first choice favorite Rock N Roll songs of all times.
AND I have plenty of reasons why.
I am not young like I used to be for one and new knowledge with experience makes this song a top rated FIVE STAR REAL STRONG.
Stranglehold will always be my favorite ❤👍🇺🇸💗
Cat Scratch Fever was excellent as well!
The unbelievable grand master of guitar. Never forget the "GONZO´. This guy RULZ!!!!!! FOREVER!!!!!!!!!
Ted Nugent was always a go to on my playlist . Back when a cassette was king .
Uncle Ted for president 2014❤❤❤
The Motor City Madman can still kick any body's ass right on Ted been rockin' on to you since the '70's
He’s freakin beautiful!
❤❤ don't care who or what that's great rock and roll ❤❤!!!
BEST GUITAR PLAYIN MAN YOU EVER SAW
Srv was the best ever uncle Ted is close
love you, Ted.. mere words cannot describe the vibe in this song....... keep up keeping up!!!!!!!!!!
I love Ted Nugent!!!! His mind, his heart, his skills. Prodigious!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
I agree
One of the greatest rock songs of all time!
That is one of the toughest riffs in rock and roll.
I've always loved Ted Nugent, but Never understood how he could make such badass music and not smoke a joint once in a while. His music was made for smoking.
I don´t care whether Ted Nugent is quite conservative. He is awesome.
UNCLE Delivers .. In the top 30 best, ultimate , talented , passion , drive AXE players..
I LOVE THIS GUY GREAT PERFORMER
One of the best & greatest guitarists ever !!!! - Love him !!!!
Wow, he can really make that guitar sing!!
I feel we need to hear more from Ted. He just needs somehow to find the confidence and speak-out. Shyness is a real problem.
Yes, it's a real shame he never did anything about it. He may have become famous one day.
@Isaiah Fenior Of course he is very bold and outspoken. It's called sarcasm my friend.
Ted Nugent is definitely his own island calamity.give a fuQ!! I'll never forget the MadMan, he drove half the audience out the doors within minutes at a show in Mobile Alabama, playing so freaking beyond loud setting of tubular pipe percussions that illegal decibal level violation, blew both my ears out , damaged my hearing for life ,he got shut down in mobile ,half the crowd gathering out side were waiting for an explanation, why he cranked up his volume I think they said to 180 DB',s many people had hearing, this was in '89 and my ears ring do loud I have to read lips ,I got an attorney and in 2008 ,I was awarded $279K & he was banned from mobile Alabama Biloxi Mississippi
His genius guitar skills are expressing NO Shyness whatsoever!!!!. He just let’s his fingers do the talking “🎸🎸🎶🎼🎸🎸”
Lol
In the official recorded version released in the 1970's and for some time thereafter, the vocal portion as well as the rhythm guitar segments were performed by Derrick St. Holmes. St. Holmes eventually separated from Ted Nugent to expand upon his own career, and since then Uncle Ted has done the vocals himself. St. Holmes and Nugent occasionally will be seen still doing this song together live.
Melted my face off at the crystal palace in San Francisco 1976 I was 19 years old , my ears are still ringing best years of my life I can barely remember LSD and Humbolt weed ah the god old days
Let's see. One of the best guitar players in music history and if I needed help who would I really want for a neighbor?
Lol. Nuff said. Uncle Ted would like to have me for a neighbor also.
Ain't America fucking great!
He would make a great neighbor and a great hunting buddy.
peespooropinions
Troll much you asshat? Blocked!
I love this crazy Man!
Nothing like old Ted saw him at spectrum Philadelphia back in early 80s he's still the man 2023
