Ronnie is undisputed GOAT. “Staying healthy” after competition cannot be used to judge a champion in competition. Lee Haney is no GOAT but a HOAT - Healthiest of all time which is irrelevant in competitive sports

    The size didn't come from heavy lifting, it came from lifting with intensity and the use of steroids. The heavy lifting is what made him a cripple.

      When I was young I didn’t know it, I thought that protein is all I needed because they loved advertising it like that, they lied. it does need to be mentioned because the young don’t know it and this body builders don’t mention it and act like it’s natural.

    It’s interesting that the first two years of Dorian’s, Ronnie’s, and Phil’s Olympia reigns were the best for each one compared to Arnold’s and Lee Haney’s Olympia reigns. Arnold and Lee were consistently good throughout their respective reigns.
    The era of hGH, insulin, and IGF-1 really messed up the pro bodybuilding scene starting with Dorian’s Olympia reign.

      because maintining 255 is also only possible with juice, that's why getting to 295 from that already unnatural muscle mass is very difficult.

    I got the chance to meet him in 02 at a gym in Mount Vernon NY while he was preparing for that year’s Mr. O, and he was an enormous human being. The whole gym stopped to watch during some of his lifts. Side note he was using the dumbbells that were dusty as hell due to most people not being able to work out with them 😂
