It’s important to understand that steroids are not illegal or a banned substance in bodybuilding. EVERYONE in pro bodybuilding takes steroids. It then comes down to who works the hardest in the gym, the extreme diet and cardio. Don’t ever let steroids make you think these guys didn’t work hard, if you’ve ever competed or even done a diet yourself. You’ll know it takes serious dedication and commitment.

Confidence isnt built overnight but it's worth working for everyday. Your already good enough...just learning that you truly are is the battle! That being said- LIFE IS A LIFELONG ADVENTURE MEANT TO BE IMPROVED WITH DAILY GROWTH...so work your mind body n soul not your ego and you cant lose.

Hearing somebody like Ronnie, who we all respect and admire, saying I was tired of getting my butt kicked is so ironic. But his honesty about a side of the sport that most of us don't think about, the eating, is eye opening. And I say eating, not diet, on purpose. The sheer volume of protein is way beyond what most of us could handle. A pound of protein, 6 times a day! I mean, I like steak but I couldn't eat it 6 times a day everyday.

It talks about how making small shifts in your behavior can really boost your confidence and attract the right people into your life. It’s more about self-improvement than anything else, which I found super interesting.
I love Ronnie, I met him here in Fargo, ND. He guest posed for a bodybuilding competition. His legs were like tree trunks! He's a super cool dude.
No amount of gear will ever make 99.999999999% walking this earth get anywhere as big as Ronnie was… It was a combo of crazy genetics, gear and an insane commitment to eat, train, recover, repeat… Even with the gear I think he said he was putting on 10-15 lbs a year of muscle… he didn’t get as big as he was in the mid 00’s over night
You can’t be a pro bodybuilder without them
Great interview
We need bo jackson 😂😂
Nothing but mad respect for Ronnie!!!
Looking forward to this full interview
It's already on the channel.
Ronnie is an amazing bodybuilder.
Crazy thing was that he was probably one of the best powerlifters around at the time. Very few bodybuilders had the raw power and strength he possessed
I don't think Ronnie could get that big without the juice. That doesn't negate the amount of work required to do it on juice.
None of them could BUT there's no way a regular person could look like them even with steroids.
I looked up to Ronnie Coleman when I worked out while I lived in California back in the late 90's. I wanted to be as big as him so I would stop getting bullied
I don't believe he was qualifying for Mr Olympia before he ever took steroids.
Test doesn't count my man. You'll never win doing TRT which is likely (well supercharged TRT what he was doing earlier).
Love you Ronnie. Please stay healthy and in this earth as long as possible
Morning cardio before breakfast is fasted-cardio for most people, but if you eat 6 meals a day, you're never in a fasted state.
Fax!!
Record still stands. So worth it. No regrets
Nobody qualifies for Mr Olympia naturally!
8:53 🤣Shannon like Ooh, OOH I know what that's called!!
I was a cardio guy back when I lifted too. It’s a blessing his heart didn’t stop though.
Ronnie was a massive human being back in those days. I’m glad he lost the weight. I met Lee Haney in the early 2000s and he said he had to lose the weight after his competition days were done.
Much respect to Ronnie! The man is a class act. Yeah buddy. Light weight
💙 Thank you 💙
Ronnie Coleman seems like a great dude
Ronnie is a great bodybuilder and a great person in life.
