“ For the most part, you know, my body kind of gave out on me. My back got to the point where I could barely stand on stage. I was in so much pain."

Ronnie Coleman forever is a legend, met him in person and he's the nicest person ever!
What I've heard .
Ronnie Coleman
His bodybuilding legacy is so large that many don't know that he was a police officer, serving the community, for over 15 years. His career in law enforcement became his side hustle.
Bodybuilding became his life.
Anyone who doesn’t know he was a cop is a casual 😂
@@1972OGTonythat’s the point lol it’s far more casuals in the world than diehards
A true legend. We love this man, "yeeeaaah buddy"
I used to see Ronnie Coleman all the time when I worked at John Peter Smith in Ft. Worth, Tx. I will never forget he & his partner brought in a really small lady to the ER before they took her to jail. While he & his partner were showing off their muscles to the nurses at the nurses stations she snuck out of the handcuffs and got away. They were so embarrassed. It took them over an hour to tell security. It was change of shift for the nurses and one nurse said she saw that woman going across the parking lot. That was funny. But I saw him a lot before he got really big😂😂😂😂
This is Hilarious 😂😂😂
Ronnie taking the .33 BF statement to the grave lol
Probably was an instrument error.
Not saying he is correct but I remember Dorian Yates saying it hurt to walk because the padding on the bottom of your feel is gone at that point with that little body fat.
As he should
@@ShooterSanoffIt's possible the reading was giving just skeletal muscle readings not accounting for brain matter and other organs at all. Because Dorian was correct, even the fatty deposits on the sole diappears.
@@ShooterSanoffYeah that doesn’t mean anything though, that still isn’t even remotely close to .33 you would be a literal skeleton
5’ll 330lbs shredded is insane😂
Not shredded a 330lbs that was "off season"
@@gainlabsNot particularly fat though either
@@gainlabsdefinitely shredded by the average man’s standards
Stage ready no but shredded yes haha
He looked 6'4 tho
One of my hero’s I wanted to be just like him. He was my motivation in Iraq 2006 to 2008 15 months
My Dad being a bodybuilder met Mr. Olympian back in the 90s in California and noticed some of the other competitors were “juicing up”. Those same ones had horrible side effects that diminished their health. I’m grateful my Dad stayed natural.
I’m glad see that Mr. Coleman is still alive and happier. 💯✨🔥
Yeah, but your dad’s natural status resulted in his infinite anonymity and profound insignificance.
Ronnie is a legend - with a winners mentality.
Your dad is a nobody - with a loser mentality.
Yeah like I think now people definitely know the side effects that can come with taking the steroids . People think “ oh I’ll do it the safe way” . There is no safe way. You will have lasting side effects
200 lbs curls for 12 reps is INSANE.😲🏋🏾
Dumbell press not curls
@@snaccreviews Ahhh gotcha, 👌🏾...still BEASTWORK
"Dont nobody want to lift this heavy azz weight!" - RC
Jay that specific year was a freaking animal even with Ronnie there
They need to give Jay his due flowers.
No ones come close to 2003 Ronnie…
And now he can't even walk. Look at how much his legs have atrophied because he can't put pressure on them or his spine. He had a great physique and he has a great attitude and outlook on life but that's a lot easier when you're a Mr. Olympia who has made a lot of money from endorsements. It's important that young men know the consequences of steroid abuse. Not everyone who takes steroids with consequential health problems gets to be Mr. Olympia with millions of dollars worth of endorsements.
Mark Henry??
@@BruceDragon-sf1trI think he means physique wise, not strength. Coleman had an amazing physique, Mark Henry had amazing strength. They both were the best in their sports when they were in their prime as Mr. Olympia and World Strongest Man.
@@zurijdogg but both were very strong??
@@zurijdogg Exactly. I wasn’t talking about strength wise. Overall power lifters are stronger than bodybuilders. I thought most people familiar with bodybuilding knew that…
Ronnie is and will always be a legend in bodybuilding. But, Jay beat him that year hands down, no question about it. Those two had one of the greatest rivalries in the history of the sport.
What a genuine human being who inspired so many. Still inspiring to this day with his positive attitude. Easily the GOAT and it’s not even close
Lee Haney won 8 Mr Olympia and retired at 33. Only lost 1x. Ronnie lost for a decade before winning his first at a older age. Lee is the GOAT
A true gentleman, and his momma was big as him !!!! When u met her u knew why he was so grounded
Each time I see a new video, I'm excited!
Saw him at the old Gold's gym on Sahara in Vegas doing a photo shoot late at night during Olympia week, was to shy to say hello or ask for a pic but was just happy to see this legend in person!
Love Ronnie Coleman, thanks Shannon for bringing him on the show
One of the things I like about Ronnie is that even though he’s going through a lot of pain, he remains positive, and with such good attitude. ❤❤❤ much respect! 🙏 💪 👍 YEAH BUDDY!!
Looking forward for the next one!
Ronnie is the greatest ,But Jay Cutler is my favorite that Stomp pic
I imagined trying to run from a police officer looking like Ronnie- but the worst part is getting caught by him and trying to put up a fight
He interviewed this man for a reason
An ICON is speaking.
.33% BF is impossible lol
Depends on how it’s measured
It's not possible, if a measurement says 0.33 it's inaccurate. @@donovan_99_
@@donovan_99_no it doesn’t lol
Ronnie out here defying everything 😂 my man would be six feet under with that body fat percentage
More like 3%.. guess he's not a numbers guy 😂
That 30 for 30 documentary on them is awesome
Everybody that used to take steroids either deathly skinny or chubby with loose skin. The Natural muscle people still have muscles
Anybody who loses 100lb will have loose skin
That’s cause the muscle mass and overall size they put on is just insanely inhuman
He was one of the greatest 🥺✊🏾
He was the greatest... In the new generation. No doubt
100% the greatest ever... I don't think that's disputed by anybody
😂😂😂😂 one of the greatest
Don’t know why I keep hearing Ali Sadiq “ COBRA BACK!” 😂
🤣🤣🤣
😂😂😂😂
This is why I don’t fault Tua for still playing, it’s HIS decision. Ronnie is living HIS life the way he wants to live HIS life and he said he has NO regrets 🤷🏾♂️ it’s HIS life. Same with Rich Piana, the man lived the life God gave him the way HE wanted to. As long as you’re not bothering anyone else, you should be able to live your life the way you want to 🤷🏾♂️.
Its such a contrast to Jay Cutler who seemed to sort of hate everything involved with bodybuilding and being so regimented to Ronnie who is so incredibly positive about everything about it.
Great interview!
Ron Coleman is a living legend
.33% body fat is physically impossible, unless you're a cadaver.
200LBs DBs for chest press..........chest press @200lbs.........200.....lbs chest press! WHAT?!?! 😮💨😮💨🤔😵💫
I love Ronnie but his answer should’ve been simple.. Jay was better that night period
He told his truth. He didn’t cop out and say yes when Shannon asked if the format change affected the outcome.
That's not how extremely competitive people's mindsets work. Probably in some years that Jay lost, he still thought he was better than Ronnie that day.
Cool interview. I remember Shannon had a EAS sponsorship back in the day, always had the EAS turtle neck on under his pads. Be cool to see him interview Bill Phillips but probably wouldn’t get many views.
I love that watered down Ronnie still got 2nd in pre judging lmao bro was gifted with god’s greatest genetic
Love Ronnie
Yeaaaaah buddy!
Laziest QB ever revived his life to beat Ronnie
.33 BF isn't possible lol
yeah it is Andrea Munzer has the lowest on record and his was .31%, not safe but has been done
I think ronnie made a mistake for 3.3
Yeah he’s said this before in other interviews. It’s def a mistake. Ronnie’s wasn’t .33 lol
Love this 💪🏾
.33 is crazy work 😮
Tragedy. Horrible tragedy. This man needs a lot of counselling. Vulnerable, taken advantage of, body dysmorphia, "everything". Victimized by doctors, insurance companies, and now "wellness" crowds, this is criminal. And it continues. How we speaks about his past, how he perceives his present - it's all a terrible horrible tragedy.
If surgery technology for back was around during his surgeries man he would’ve still at least be able to get around better
Goat
Man Steroids is a NO for me!!
It doesn't matter, but It's funny to me that Ronny doesn't know how bf% works XD
Your videos are always so insightful and inspiring! Thank you for your talent and dedication.😚🐗🌒
Jay looked better... Case closed
If you ask Shannon I bet he remember wilt 100 point game too 😂
He was injured when he was training for that year.
If you think 1 day would affect Ronnie’s physique is stupid…
You can’t be 0.33% body fat
Light weight baby
Ronnie has said that bodfat number several times in interviews ..unfortunately last time it was -.3333 🤔
Putting on yo tan? Son, you tan!
So theres to dudes named jay Cutler
Light weight!! Baby!!!!!!
.33 bobyphat lol 😂😂😂😂 no way ......
Ronnie looks older than his age, can barely walk. Bodybuilding & Steriods dont mix.
Plenty of older guys that still look awesome lol look up Tony Pearson or Robbie Robinson steroids are a part of bodybuilding period
Ronnie can't walk because of botched surgeries.
@@Forester- he clearly didn’t watch the video and listen
Jay still looks good
Not worth it
heartbroken ? ...more drama huh ?
oh muffin top!!!
Wow
Delusional if he thinks he was the best on stage those last few years.
He's leaving our he took too many diuretics
Jay Cutler had a big waist and hips 🤷♀️ overrated AF.
4X Mr.Olympia
Great interview
