Does that book teach sequence of operation
Which book would be good inverter mini split ones or procedure for air conditioning ones please advise me
That really depends on what you are looking to learn. The refrigerant charging book is more for single stage and two stage ducted systems, while the mini split book is specifically on those but does go over both electrical and the refrigerant side.
Is in that all components and tests with the new inverter boards??
We cover electrical troubleshooting on all the major components and test points on the circuit board, thanks!

Not at the moment but if its an inverter PTAC, it will work similarly, as far as the internal components, thanks!
