The construction industry is a cut throat business it's like trying to breathe underwater, it's always evolving and you have to be very very careful who you partner up with because they can make or break the business 😅 I know this first hand. I have lots of respect for guys who made it in this industry, your story was authentic and beautiful 🎉🎉

He Retired at 55 a multi millionaire . Again due to buying property . Wish you all the best .

Through all the loss, drama and stress you sir have smashed it. It’s inspiring. I’m at a point in my life where we have once had a very very comfortable life. But after Covid I went back to a normal driving job. Earn good money but I am itching to start a business. My daughter is 5 and incredibly intelligent. She wants to make her own soap. The business I want to start interlinks with her idea. So I think this video is the video that will give me the motivation to make the leap. No matter what happens, just keep going. Came here from Ashviille/Welderfabber. I am a construction project manager for a large main contractor. Work on projects from £7m to £25m. I am from a poor Glasgow housing estate, left school at 14, no qualifications. Started as a concrete labourer at 15 years old, took construction in my stride and worked my way up. You said something that caught me out. " imposter syndrome ". I often got that, when sitting in a meeting room with 20 people from clients, to their project management teams, architects , engineers, structural and civil engineers....but soon realised, that I was where I was, because Id earnt it, and also found, due to my site experience I was an equal to anyone in the room. So to all out there. The sky is the limit, if you put the work in, ...... I would say good luck Ryan, but you don't need it, as you've paid your dues
