It's a *young man's game for sure* 😮 *Chris* - Mental health - You're a lovely guy Chris ....from the outside I bet many thought you were ok even at your *lowest point* and I have no doubt you were telling them but your behaviour , sleep patterns , tone, eating and drinking may have shown people you weren't yourself. From someone who has spoken to a counsellor I can definitely tell anyone it was so uplifting and emotional and I wasn't aware of how much I'd been affected by events in my life & career. The same with my ongoing journey with Leukemia... *Maggie's Manchester* helped me so much on what was one of the lowest days of my life. I would *implore anyone* who feels they are OK and COPING .... *coping is not normal or sustainable* especially in our working lives ... To seek out a third party professional to allow to them to help.....talking to friends is great but doesn't always help as they may want to *solve problems* over just listening ....as well meaning as they think they are doing. That racking us expensive to buy alone definitely not getting hate for buying that if you don't need it somebody will so you can always sell it I'm as bad buying stuff at auctions I've bought things used them for a few years and sold them for more than I paid for them I call it asset purchasing 😂😂😂

I'm a gas fitter, and our gas company has a saying "look after the burning flame". Which means "look after your customers" Dale is more important looking after EveryTrade vehicle, tools, excavators, grab trucks etc. You will loose more money by your own machines/Staff not being able to work 10hr a day, 6 days a week, than what you will make from a EveryTradeMechanic. Fixing/maintaining your own machines, as you say 'Closes the Circle" Lead by example.

Alex,it would be interesting to see a purchase to tenant project. Chris, i am glad you are taking some suggestions on board and sorting it out. If worse case scenario ever happened (please god hope it never happens to you both), you would never get over the feeling a serious accident would have on one of your workers while working for you.Sadly i worked for a very poor company that had 2 very serious accidents and still think about the poor workers on occasions.

Yes Alex woodlands start to finish. What oil do they use on the oak doors ?. Also don’t forget to keep your hands on your steering wheel when driving especially when on camera. As usual great content all the best Alex and Chris have a great Xmas and New Year.

Hi Chris / Alex and Team. Been with you from day 1, and love the episodes especially the ‘Behind the Build’ . I’ve been struggling to watch the longer episodes 🫣, well I forward the joinery section that saves me about it 20mins 😬. I personally I would suggest showing more of the build sides , you doing 2 episodes a week and it all looks that same ,not much difference between the Wednesday and Sunday episodes. You guys have some good build projects that Iam sure your subscribers would love to see on regular basis and see how the job is progressing especially Project Absersoch , not seen anything for past few weeks. Always love Alex’s content with Liverpool projects , not so much the Preferred Joinery as it takes up too much content on a 1 hr episode. Always great watching your guys 🤘👊🏼👊🏼

Great team 👏 *Preferred* those sash windows are class. I wish i grew up with the preferred version and and not ones we had in our cottage! It took hulk strength to open them and a gap at the bottom you could *limbo under* 😂 That *nail gun* is amazing..hard wood and getting the pins to go all the way in without leaving any marks on surface !! Wow 😳 *Health and Safety* Well done on owning some of the comments. As someone that has been part of a Tier 1 contractor its one of the hardest behaviours to install and maintain. Like most people sometimes just look at stats, time lost , accidents, days since , near misses etc....but there are a lot im sure that go under the radar and never get reported!! Filming yourselves and posting what you do ...i'd like to see someone else do the same for weeks/ months and see *how well they perform in hindsight* and under the spot light 😮. You both do what i think is one of the best ways to maintain a safe culture by "management by walking around"..... Can i wish the "Bizzle" a *speedy recovery* with his hernia operation and *dont do too much too quickly* ! *Thanks again for your kindness in making my birthday extra special* Gary 🙏

Yes Alex it would be very interesting to see the start to finish on the property. I live in Ireland so the laws are different and the banks don’t really let you refinance properties here but I’m still very interested in you’re journey with the property
