My name is Kendra (my government name), but I’m also known around the Black Manosphere as DJ Fish Grease. *I'm a 38 year old childless BM making $120K.* A few years ago I was only making about $65K. During my financial upgrade I haven't upgraded my lifestyle or living conditions because just removing the psychological burden of living paycheck to paycheck is enough for me to feel comfortable.
A man can make 6 figures but still be living paycheck to paycheck if you're living beyond your means and spending frivolously.
I think that mindset and lifestyle is what a lot of modern women desire. They want the foolish guy who throws money around carelessly.

When I was much younger (early 30’s) I went from 67K per year to $65 per HOUR as a Consultant virtually overnight. Later when I opened my IT consulting firm I have been working multiple contracts sometimes sending my own employees to different employers under contract and have been doing so ever since. Even today most BW simply ignore me because I’m not over 6 feet. It’s crazy. I just built my retirement home in my wife’s home country. I own 3 properties now in the United States and drive 2 luxury cars. BW keep loosing for very SUPERFICIAL reasons.

I remember dating a chick when I was either 27 or 28 and just brought my first crib. The chick was 23, in grad school full-time and not working. She fixed her mouth to complain about my fully functioning car (paid off) not being new and how I needed to upgrade. I asked her what she thought I should drive and she said some car that at was like $50K new at that point. I broke down how much that monthly payment would be and how that would mean I couldn’t pay for dates like that and she was dumbfounded. That told me she had literally no clue what she was talking about.

How do women think the rich men they want get to be rich in the first place? If they werent born with money, succesful men start with humble beginnings like this young man.

A friend told me he felt sorry for his clients who owned residential property. He was able to make 10 grand and up every two weeks without the stress and emergency expenses landlords had to absorb. He was expanding his business to work on more jobs by hiring a crew. We're talking about a person hitting half a million a year and setting himself up to triple that. The internet is breeding these foolish women in bulk nowadays. If your husband makes 75k and you make 45k (which is very possible), that’s a combined income of 120k. You can live a wonderful life on that amount of money. Doesn’t love, someone’s company, loyalty, dedication and respect come into the equation anymore? Our young people are confused. They don't know what they doing. They have not been taught how to become suitable mates for one another. They have not been given a structure on how to prepare for marriage life, how to properly meet, court, and discuss their needs and wants in a marriage. What most of us know to do is to meet, talk, go out a few times, then have sex. That's our order of activity. Because most of us come from single parent families, we lack the understanding of arrangements, having a protector or mediator for women, public courting, and the rules of engagement. These cultural traditions were never taught to us as black Americans so it's easy for us to go into relationships blindly and ill-prepared. We truly need a new umderstanding on how to enter into, build and sustain a marriage.
If women have the right to pocket check a man, men has the right to ask about body count. If the "relationship" is transactional, keep it that way. No man with common sense is going to waste his assets on a woman that easily gave her body away for less. That's like buying a car with 100k miles for new car money.
