If this is the first time you are looking at this I guess I can see you waiting to have an opinion. But If you are watching as a juror shouldn’t you be starting at day 1. If as a junior you can’t take the harassment into consideration. IDK she IS 💯 lying. IMO and 99.5% know she is lying. The others are just. Well I won’t say. she deserves everything she gets. And I don’t know why you say Cellebrite is not accurate. She herself said it was until she found out there was a deeper dive into her phone and she got caught But again you are not starting from the beginning. There is so many lies and pathetic police work. They used a leaf blower to blow snow at the scene used solo cups to collect drops of blood. And 💯planted evidence to set her up. They did not know that the FBI has been investigating all of them and turned over the evidence they had. She’s 💯 deleted it but again I guess you should be starting at day one. And yes it is very frustrating because they set up an innocent woman for this who loved this man. You should watch the day before also if nothing else. When she is making a 911 call and gets caught in a lie because the phone in the back seat recording 37:12 her talking to her sister who she claims she never did. So many lies from her your not seeing from day 16. And the deleted phone calls are her trying to find John’s phone and that is why they are deleted. It all make sense. Start from the beginning
She’s an outsider because they don’t like her and yea she stayed with him the majority of the time. NO you know how to get police reports. They did not have any evidence. Omg I’m out. You want evidence start from the beginning. This is stupid. They don’t have any and never did. Her and her family met with the police and the investigators from day 1. Oh and btw she was such a good friend none of them went to the funeral. Their police reports are pathetic. And the investigators wrote things in the reports that were not true.

I think they had true disdain for her, Jen more so than Kerry….but I think they suggested to her that she hit him. Jen….was up to something that night at the bar and so on and why did she continue to call John’s phone incessantly until 12:50 am that night. I believe Jen has had a gut full, the ongoing harassment she & her family have received has been on going. She wanted the Jury to understand this as she's trying to get her point across. The Defence being aloud by the Judge to have his abusive commentary at her answers was disgusting; of cause she'd be defending herself, her family. John was their friend long before Karen came along, they supported him & his kids. Helping out as much as possible. This is a horrific situation & none of us would know how we'd be given the same circumstances.
She’s been dishonest and it’s not a contest of who was involved longer with John and the kids….despite what anyone did, karen was very very involved with the kids and these ppl were cruel and treated like an outsider. If you can’t see Jen lying right on the stand..she contradicts herself in the same sentence. There’s no excuse for any of this and she, Jen, made a mess, exaggeration and mockery of Karen all on her own! I disagree…….with you…..Jen is not the victim here despite the drama she adds to it!
