This poor girl would've NEVER lost her life had the Police shown up when the young lady upstairs called 911 3x about the ex-cop stalking her and harassing her and turning her door knob trying to get in her apartment, it was all caught on doorbell ring but yet No Officers showed up to take a report leaving the young lady having to buy a gun to protect herself, had the Police responded to the 911 calls and investigated the ex-cop it may have saved Susana Morales's Life..... Smh
I hope her family sue everyone else, state of Georgia, Gwinnett County police, doraville police, the 911 operator who took the girl call about him at her door.
Yeah he already has his bedding picked out and cell block address ! He’s been moved into his new permanent address! He just doesn’t know it until He sees the neighbors waiting for him with hunny buns and lube for welcoming gifts
Definitely not lol his dumbass dropped his gun feet from the body, reported it stolen and told the cop that took the report it's okay if they don't investigate. Dude is finished, life without parole
Her birthday is June 24th. He was found guilty on all charges except the attempted rape. What an amazing birthday present for her that her killer will spend the rest of his life in prison may she rest in heaven❤ beautiful girl had such a bright future ahead of her
I don't understand nor can I imagine walking the street as a teenager alone at night or even with friends. We always had specific destinations prompt arrivals, adults checking in; never meandering or "hanging" in the streets. This is a predator's dream.😢😢😢
boyyy if u didnt know angela carters name before now i bet u do today.. and gwinnett county did a GREAT job! i dont have much good to say about police and govt entities very often. so this says a lot. im so proud of how well they handled this case.. not that he made ot difficult.. at all.. hes the worst criminal ive ever seen.. and to be a police officer 🤦🏻♀️.. but thats also why he is SO dangerous.. he needs to get taken care of in prison and rot.
DA is okay. Police dept was horrid. They didn't solve that case. The female detective wins no prizes either. She had 6montha to investigate. She connected dots after the body fell in her lap.
I know a lot of people are upset with the police and the investigation, but there is a big question. Why did the mother and the family allow a 16 year-old girl to walk home at 10 PM at night in the dark? The family needs to take some kind of accountability instead of blaming the police for everything. My 16-year-old daughter would never be walking home at night by herself. She didn’t need to go out the house at 6 PM if it means that she would be coming home at 10 PM in the dark. If that was the case, then she should’ve caught an Uber or a taxi cab. What was her family thinking?
Her mother called to pick her up but susana didn’t answer, probably bc she wasn’t were she told her mother she was and had already started walking home
@@shemarianewman538 Eother way that’s a problem that started with the family. The girl disrespected her mother and now she’s dead. Bad parenting and disrespectful child. Don’t blame the police though
Yes. The night she was taken the last friend she visited went search for it and the next day all of her friends and some of her relatives went search the area for it but it was never found.
Nope. He had no idea where his phone was until the police found it. She was most likely raped and strangled because the remains did not have any bullet holes and the gun had all of its bullets in it. Also there were no remnants of her clothes anywhere at the crime scene.
There's No Way the prosecutor's not from Florida, right? If his name ain't 'Jesse' or 'Wayne', or 'Jesse Wayne', there's at least one person in his house, who is named that. Is he chewing tobacco, right now? Not that it matters.

I agree. They definitely dropped the ball AGAIN.
@@nroebuck5she's one of the WORSE 911 Operators that I've ever listened to.
I agree. It's so sad. The emotion of that young Lady had me in tears. It's like they didn't care. She should sue them too.
HE IS GUILTY AS SIN! i watched this whole trial from start to finish.. i hope the jury gets it right.

I thank god that he was so careless. What a monster.

I'm sure Susana was praying when she was being raped and then murdered. Your little prayer emoji is an insult to her family.

Defendant had damage to his vehicle/truck. Susannah 360 reported a crash. The phone was thrown out the window of his truck

Fire the Audio team for this botched Trial and distorted audio of a major case that caught my attention from first 48 show.
Why not show the projector screen!!!!! Ugh
Did they look for the phone???
Yes. The night she was taken the last friend she visited went search for it and the next day all of her friends and some of her relatives went search the area for it but it was never found.
So he picked her up,did what he did, dumped her body shot her, and foolish went back for the gun 🔫 😔 guilty

No one cares she’s 16 and he’s talking to her
This is definitely the smoking gun.

This prosecutor is not doing a very good job. **sigh**
the prosecutor is not a good public speaker, surprising they won the case.
he doesnt need to be a public speaker , he just needs to present good evidence for his case
He has tobacco in his mouth
Looks like a Flawda Boy
