The only thing I would add is squeeze some lemon on the lobster meat after you baste it with butter and voila, it is out of sight!!! Try the lemon or lime juice and I think you will see how it adds some zing to the fantastic taste of Lobster!!!

They defrost pretty quickly. If they're ready before you are, just put them in the refrigerator so they don't go bad.

Hi there I read she used Cajun seasoning and I am here for the same reason 😂
You were actually supposed to keep the under belly of the lobster to hold the shell in place. That’s why your shell keeps flopping down. But other than that great job. I use gloves as well .
