Thank you for having them on, AJ! Thanks Lissa and Nate for showing us how to make the beautiful sushi rolls! I’m so excited to try your methods. I’m ready to take my raw sushi to the next level!
Almost seems like the reverse of juicing where you don’t use the juice but you eat the pulp lol The water would probably make an excellent vegetable soup! Just curious why not just use a food processor?
Good news, Instant Pot is not going out of business. Their parent company is filing for chapter 11 bankruptcy, which will allow them to remain in business while reorganizing their finances.
Such has never had to include fishes actually :D the only "requirement" is the vinegar-seasoned rice :) so I guess technically, this might not "fulfil" that either, but really, it has the same role as sushi, so I feel like why not just call it what it is :) just like with plant milks, they fill the same role, so they ARE milk, in my eyes :) looks and sounds absolutely delicious :D always a delightful time with Lissa and Nate, thank you so much

The leftover water would make a good base starter for a raw soup 😋❗️

It helps to chop it more evenly and stick to the Nori sheet. Definitely keep the leftover water/juice if you want!
I have to have my ginger and wasabi

Yes, vinegared rice is the translation of the word sushi (I believe).
