Today we are going to be demonstrating some parts of the hard shell raw vegan TACOS.

The TEMPLATE we use is NO LONGER available but you could use a 1/8 inch plexiglass and have someone cut circles OR you can spread thinly and cut into circles as shown in the video today.
SALSA RECIPE:
2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped finely
2 cups chopped fresh mango
1/4 cup minced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 Jalapeño, minced
1 lime, juiced
Dashes of smoked paprika, chili powder and cumin
Optional: Minced red hot Thai chilis
GUACAMOLE RECIPE:
2 fresh and ripe avocados
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup chopped sweet onion
2 stalks of green onion, chopped
1 tsp onion powder
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves of garlic, freshly grated

How big is the plexiglass square and what is the size of the circles?
Is the spatula 1/8 inch thick? If not then invent a spatula thats 1/8 thick and engrave a line on the spatula to identify the diameter you recommend.If the spatula is 1/8 thick it could serve as a guide...
Are you going to make the taco e-book in a hard or soft cover book? I would really like a hard copy.

That’s a loooot of work. Two days b4 you can eat a taco? Then one more night in frig if you need to soften them? .. good for them for doing it though.. can use raw nori sheets.

Whats the diameter of the taco shell circles on the template? I bet you could make one on a 3d printer!!
Just saw at the end...it's 14x14 inch square with 6 inch diameter circles and 1/8 inch thick
Or hey could scribe a line on the spatula for the recommended diameter! And make a spatula thats 1/8 thick.. another guide for the dimensions of the item being prepared
