Such a lovely show :D great to get to meet Maddie, and her lovely daughter - what a sweetheart :) you're so right Chef AJ, she's the greatest salesperson for the bread :) and wow, lentil hummus is my favourite kind of hummus too :D yum. Someday maybe someone will make as great a product as this in Sweden, until then I'm happy for you over there :)! Wonderful to get to hear the story behind both the bread and the name. Thank you so much
I’ve never tried a lentil hummus, so I’m excited to try that. So glad to have caught this interview. Reinforces my positive image of this company with its super healthy and earth-friendly products. ❤️🥰❤️
Okay this is uncanny!! I just discovered the brand a few days ago and received and tried the buckwheat loaf and garlic rye today and they are crazy delicious!! I actually was going to email chef aj to tell her about it when I got home from work and then I get on RUclips and see this!!! A but salty for me because I eat low salt but with toppings it was delicious!!!
The bread sounds interesting. Chef AJ is extremely gracious, but at the risk of stepping on toes, a babysitter would improve the presentation and focus.
Natural is poor taste? Children take patience. It is real life. The mom did think she had it timed for a nap. Perhaps a plan B potential.. but I think both women handled it very well. We need reality in life. AJ can handle it. The mom can handle it. So admire these ladies for their skills.
I’d love the recipe as well…I get very distracted by the interview and can’t remember all the ingredients. If someone happens to have the recipe I’d appreciate it!🤗
Lentil hummus 1 cup uncooked soaked red lentils (regular red, not dal) in filtered water (for at least one hour, may soak overnight). May also use green lentils, just require longer cooking. 1/4 cup tahini Juice of 1/3-3/4 lemon 1/4 tsp cumin 1-1 1/2 tsp salt to taste or leave out Sprinkle of smoked paprika (optional) Cook lentils just covered with filtered water, for about 10 minutes, with lid. If lentils lose moisture, may add up to 1/4 cup filtered water to mix. Add all ingredients to food processor with S-blade for about 30-60 seconds, to consistently desired. Serve with smoked paprika sprinkled on top and fresh veggies or sliced Pacha bread ☺️
I will be glad to see your products worldwide. Thanks for sharing.

Love this bread. I have been buying it when I was in San Diego.
No salt is greatly appreciated!
Named after Pacha Mama, of course. 🌎

Yes, it would, but some who are into attachment parenting wouldn't go for that.
I had nothing but admiration for this mother/entrepreneur.
Chef AJ is such a good interviewer though that she saved the presentation.
Yes, no excuse for not timing this interview appropriately. Its in your face and In poor taste, for sure.

Is the recipe somewhere? For the lentil hummus.. if not I’ll go back and write it down
