Love Jill's recipes! She makes everything very simple and easy to follow without a ton of ingredients. I've used a lot of her recipes from the blog, but I just ordered her book to support her and her husband in their efforts to help people get healthy. Yes! Bring her back as often as she will come (her salad dressings are AMAZING!)
Glad to see Jill Dalton here. A few years ago when I was struggling to find oil free recipes, I stumbled upon her channel. I feel a sense of gratitude towards her, I don’t remember if I did her recipe but it certainly provided that support and encouragement in this journey. Awesome woman!
I’ve made this bread many times and it is so good especially when making her soups or stew recipes! Her new book is great and I’ve loved every recipe in it.
Neuza Tuisalogo Is actually wet? Make sure your oven is at the right temperature and you baked it for a full hour. Also, don’t over-measure the applesauce. Lastly, check with a toothpick before taking out of oven.
I found this bread recipe months ago. I had no idea where it came from! I’ve made it several times and I love it so much! Won’t eat any other bread! After a few days, I cut it into slices and freeze in indictable pieces. So yummy, coming from a WFPB gluten free bread lover! Thank you so much for the recipe.
For the Iron Chef. You could ask for a few audience volunteers to make both recipes at home within a week after the show and judge on difficulty level, taste, and creativity. They will be the testers, tasters, and voters.
I made this three times. First time as is. I found it very flat so next time made it with some salt and bit of sugar. We liked it but the next time I tried it with millet instead of quinoa plus added 1 tsp. salt and 1 tbsp. sugar and it is the GF bread I will make from now on. Thank you so much!!
I love Jill's show and her cookbook! I got it for myself for Christmas. I just started eating vegan a few months ago and she has been a lifesaver! Her zucchini bread is my absolute favorite. I also made Indian Butter Chicken and Cheesy Broccoli and Rice Casserole from her new cookbook.
FYI. The recipe link does not have raisins listed. Can't wait to try. The bread looks amazing I will try that today, but will need a substitute for oats when I make it for my grandson. Let me know if you substitute the oats and how it turns out.
Wondering could one just mix the bread up really well with a whisk, or does it need the blender or processor? (Maybe this question has been answered, will listen closely to the whole show-thank you!)
@@CHEFAJ Thanks for replying. She actually said it was not the standard size. That’s why I am asking. I don’t want the bread to be any shorter (from top to bottom).
if you leave tahine out it 's not hummus. It might be a really tasty chickpea spread but not hummus. Schooled by Israelis and Palestinians and I think I know what I'm talking about. Please, unless you have a serious heath condition I believe you wan have a small amount of whole food fatty food, like seeds, nuts ad avocado. I, personally, can't eat more than 1/4 avocado a a day and a1Tbs of flax with my oatmeal but I would feel miserable without it. I'm seriously underweight so I shouldn't restrict any good source of omega 3's like flax and hemp seeds. Cannot play the salt free deal. Blood pressure never over 91over 58. But i know how helpful your channels can be for people whom need serious health improvements. Much Love and Peace from Upstate NY. :)
Thank you so much for the thoughtful suggestion. I do have small smoothies as a snack while watching a movie or so. I just can't have the 32oz Ball jar smoothies that I see everyone drinking on RUclips. First because I am not into sweets in general but also I freeze to death when drinking them. I have my late night smoothie w/ a giant cup of herbal tea to keep warm lol

I made the bread and it looks wet inside. Is it right?

Is the buckwheat a "buckwheat flour" what she used in making the bread?
I’m making the bread, my vitamix did not blend it. I used a processor. Which brand is Jill’s blender?
Jill, my husband is allergic to quinoa, what could I substitute.
Millet works well
I need help making broccoli sprouts. Mine always smell bad and get moldy
Sprouts people have good step by step instructions
What are the dimensions of the bread pan?
I believe it's a standard size loaf pan

@@faithbelleg7465 Ah,I see. So sorry, but I honestly don't know, but perhaps you could reach out and ask her that question!
There is an Amazon link for the silicone pans on her web page. 10.75 x 5 x 2.5 inches.
@@yosf5221 She said she got it at a store like Ross.
The recipe says cashews in the humus and she left them out when she made it ?
She also added raisins to the recipe on the video.
I have oar groats, whodunnit that work?
Amazing stuff! Damnnnn! Fo real! Oh shit
How about adding a tablespoon of ground flax?
I don't see why not.
@@CHEFAJ ... I was thinking to add to the soaked ingredients. To help with the binding!
@@theresadoll5374 I would think that should work.

How do you do with calories from smoothies? Great way to gain needed weight!

too bad her sound was so bad...had to shut it down because I couldn't hear her clearly...drat!...x
sorry about that!
Oh dear, could barely make out what Jill was saying...
sorry about that!
