A restaurant I went to in the past had the best buckwheat pancakes. You just don't see buckwheat around like it had been. Buckwheat flour can be just as hard to find as wheat bran these days.
I make a gluten free pancake mix for my restaurant. The best buckwheat flour is available at nuts.com All the best!

Looks interesting, the discount didn't work, tried to order anyway, but I couldn't find any information on how they ship, they don't ship to PO Boxes and I only get FedEx, UPS, etc. at my home, no USPS. I've been planning to make my own buckwheat sourdough for a couple of years now anyway, just waiting for the time to do it.
