I love that you mentioned the “off the beaten path” places. Those are my favorite places to see. Something that I would like to see is how to order and eat some foods. For example, the monjayaki. It sounds like some places in the USA where you walk through a buffet of raw ingredients (meat and vegetables), pick what you want, and give it to a chef to cook. Is that what it is?
Thank you for watching. As for Monja, you can choose your favorite one from the menu, and they bring it to your table before cooking. You can choose either cook by yourself on the table with pan, or they can cook for you. So it's pre set on the menu. Is that like Mongorian bbq? I don't think we have that kind of style at least for Japanese foods. :)

Kenchan, this video is an absolute masterpiece! Thank you so much for putting this together. I know how much work this must have been so thank you for sharing so much excellent information. 🙏🏼 I will re-watch this many times and make notes of many things we will visit on our upcoming trip! I hope so too! I wish you the best on your visa! Thank you for watching. :)
Hello, Kengo san. This is a very informative video. I’m really impressed. :) Many thanks for sharing this one..
What’s funny is that I found this video after I visited Tokyo last month (together with my 2 workmates)
We visited already some famous places as suggested in this video. It’s really a great experience to tour around Tokyo and 8 days is not that enough for us.. Still hoping to visit Japan again after 2 years.

Thanks a lot 😃
Great video thanks. We will be visiting Japan with a four year old child, will be able to take him into any bars and restaurants?
Not some bars or luxury restaurants at night, but mostly ok. It might be better to check with the restaurant if you have specific one you are thinking of. Thank you for watching. :) I wish you and your family the best trip in Japan.
This video is seriously amazing! I loved seeing so many places I haven't even heard of or considered going to and the flow of the video felt so natural. Thank you!

That's soon! Nice time to visit Tokyo. Finally it's getting warm here. :)
Yes. I’m very excited. I little nervous about Narita Airport and the train ride to the hotel. I hope people are kind and helpful if I get too nervous.
It might be overwhelming first but I'm sure things go well at the end. :) @@Purtylady73
If you get a panic reply.. just look for the girl crying on the bench in Tokyo Station 🙃🤣

which food is much cheaper and value for money in toyozu market or tsukiji market. we can only go to one. Thank you.
I subscribed! checking your other videos now!
Thank you. I think you can find a little cheaper in Tsukiji. It's more fish market feeling in Tsukiji. :)
