@@withTOKKI Just got back, we covered around half of your list in 5 days and that made our stay in Tokyo so much easier, so thank you so much! Everything was amazing we tried except for one thing, and that is the kibi dango - all 3 of us agreed it's absolutely horrid and barely edible lol. Also the banana smoothie was delicious but the store clerk in the front she was extremely rude to us (and you can see that on their reviews with other customers), so perhaps find a different banana smoothie place to promote? :) Again, thank you so much!! Btw, we did not try the Michelin star restaurant you mentioned but we tried a 3* Michelin called L'Effervescence. Honestly the food was a let down but experience was nice!

As a local person, I would like to recommend one place for foreign travelers. It is " Golden Gai" in Shinjuku. In this spot, you can enjoy a tons of tiny bars and restaurants in the alleys with nostalgic showa era. Please check it out when you come to Japan next time.

@@withTOKKI Wow, definitely the Shinkansen in combination with the scenery🥰, but the shrines were important to see. My favorite food was the aji fish! I had an aji burger and a sashimi of aji, and those were my top two meals.

Going to Japan in a few weeks and start in Sapporo and then take the train down south stopping at Aomori, Hitachinaka, and then Tokyo. Just came across your video - thank you. This will be super helpful for my upcoming trip to Japan. Curious though, how much cash do I really need to take out to enjoy a week's worth of stay in Japan? Here in Singapore, it's pretty much cashless wherever I go. I wonder if it's cashless everywhere in Japan.
