I almost never speak my mind on social media, but you definitely deserve recognition for your great work. It's impressive the quality in your content: no loud music, no useless info and straight to the point. No boring at all, and you sound so calm and polite. I love your accent, btw. Greetings from Mexico !!

Thank you so much Ken chan, this is super informative as I am planning my first trip to Japan. Your style of editing is also great: no loud music transitions, no loud voice super exagerated like many youtubers do, everything is on point! Can you make a video in the future about places to go if you're a music lover? Like where to watch Tokyo orchestra or recitals (classical music), where are bars that have local small bands that play at night, etc. Thank you!

A lot of the information you provided is spot on, leaving for Japan in the morning for my second trip to the Country and I can say business hotels in Japan are great if you want a cheaper place to stay. APA is a good one and the one I use personally. There is one in Akihabara across the street from Yodobashi camara, which in turn is right next to the trains there, there is a 7/11 on one side of the hotel and a family mart on the other.

I'm pretty flexible, so I'm trying to pack every tokyo indoor activity into 1/2 days in case there are rainy days during my stay in mid april.
Your video has given me a couple of spots more to plan ahead 👍
As for video feedback it would helpful to blend lesser known names at 21:42, so anyone can easily find them. I think I understood the first one as Gotokuji the second I didn't quite catch.
As far as I know the Welcome Suica card is not refundable that should be important to note, especially for budget travellers (otherwise it's a good looking souvenir) & 25:35 miniscule typo of "trash".
Keep up with the steady uploads and your channel can grow much bigger this year. Your information coverage is very wide and the a/b-rolls are fantastic.

Your videos have been very helpful! If traveling with family, does everyone need their own Suica card, or can that be scanned multiple times for each person? My understanding is that the Suica card can be used in place of cash more generally (can be used with vending machines, bike shares, etc.) and can be used in place of tickets for the train, subway, and bus. I am guessing it is only used for unreserved trains and not for trains like limited express of Shinkansen.

Happy to see a dynamic Tokyo especially at SHIBUYA and ASAKUSA. A modern and a traditional atmosphere.

Especially to see cherry blossom and go to entertainment area like Shibuya and Shinjuku area ?

Hello. Shinbashi is a very convenient area ot stay. You can take JR, 2 subways, and has direct access to Shibuya and Asakusa by Tokyo Metro Ginza line. For Shinjuku and Shinjuku Gyoen which is known for cherry blossoms, you can change at Akasaka Mitsuke station from Ginza line to Marunouchi line. Shinbashi has lots of places to eat and also 5 minutes walk to Ginza too. Have a great trip in Tokyo. :)

I'd like to have your opinion about public transportation: I'll rent a place in Akihabara and, if I understood correctly, there is no "universal day ticket" for both the JR line and the metro lines, do you think it is reasonable (or enjoyable, maybe the surface train is something that I should try!) to use only the metro or should I always use a 72hrs ticket and a Suica card? Thank you in advance

Kenchan, I am resending this Comment I believe I inadvertently passed over Cancel and the Comment was cancelled.
This is a great compilation to help with my trip planned for this May.
    1. The slide of the Yamanote line and how I could take a the Chuo line from the Tokyo Station to the Shinjuku Station is good advice. Then use that to get to stations that are either on the west or east side of the Yamanote Line.
    2. Thanks for confirming a "walk" from Shinjuku to Shibuya / Harajuku. One of my day trips will be to start at Shibuya and pay my respects to Hachiko and walk to Harajuku. Then circle back to Shibuya in early evening and then back to Ikebukuro (where I am staying). Shinjuku may be a separate day walk.
    3. The slide of attractions and how you can properly plan was very elightening.
    4. Thank you for pointing out the Seiko Museum and Sony in Ginza. I was planning to take a day trip out to one of the two Seiko factories but the museum will be fine.
There is a 1-Day JTB tour that may take care of some of the sites I want to visit including the Imperial Palace, Tsukiji (outer market), Asakusa, Tokyo Tower.
I have made plans to visit Wakayama / Kishi Train Station on a 3-day, 2 night side trip. I plan to take a train from Wakayama Station (hotel) to the Kuroshio Fish Market (lunch) and then walk back through Wakayama and back to hotel. Your storage locker information might come in handy if my hotel cannot hold my luggage during visit to Wakayama. Thank You!
How about more on Ramen shops, Yakitori, Katsu shops?
By the way, is there a shop in Tokyo that I can order a Hanko while I'm there.
That's the latest update and thank you for sharing and keep these videos coming! 😻🙏

Hello Wtn san, thank you for writing me again. 1. Yes, Chuo line is convenient. Plus, I always like to take JR as it's above ground and I can see the city. 2. Yes, Shibuya - Harajuku is a walkable area. Harajuku - Shinjuku might be a little far for walking and not much in between (but still possible). That sounds a good plan to separate Shinjuku if you have time. 3. I'm glad to hear that. :) There is always the best time and day to be at the certain locations. 4. Oh! Seiko factory is the one in Nagano or Iwate? I'm sure that will be another experience and Ginza might not be enough for you as it's small. Please see if this is something you enjoy. museum.seiko.co.jp/en/use/ But at least it's free and in the heart of Ginza.😄 There are plenty of shops you can order Hanko. If you are staying in Ikebukuro, the one in Ikebukuro might be convenient. This is just one example ( I have no experience at this store):www.ikebukuronishiguchi-hankohiroba.com/cont5/main.html Thank you for letting me know your amazing plan. I'll keep posting more videos.🗼
