I was soooo addicted to WAWA frozen cappuccinos 2 years ago. I got sick one day on the route after having one and said never again. Lol. I'm dark-skinned and sweat like crazy in the heat so I wear my safari hat, arm sleeves and carry an extra shirt. I love the winter though. You can always add layers. Didn't know about the benefits of a cold shower, I'll have to try that. I bring my cooler all year long because you can get dehydrated any time of the year. Great podcast as always gentlemen 😊
As far as the smoke, nope. With my heath problems, to easy to get a Dr. Note. As far as the heat. I am a carrier in southeast Texas.. So 24 summers later, I only where dry fit. The blue dress shirt comes off after I finish my businesses. Love you guys. Stay Blessed

I deliver in Florida. 120ndegrees inside LLV and barely any shade on my route. It can get tough out here
