The post office is the only place I’ve worked for where management & the employees are out against each other, there’s no unity. There have been a few times where I’ve had a manager that didn’t try to kill us with OT. MOST mangers I’ve had would give us OT unnecessarily.

I’m a T6 in Los Angeles, and I love my string. I have really good carriers on my string who keep the routes clean. But they also always come to work so I’m kinda never on my string. And that allowed me to learn other routes in the station

They started that pay in 2021… your factoring the cost of living so comparing wages to a college graduate really don’t matter. My son graduated in 2022 and he’s not making anything less than 50 a year. Especially the amount of deductions are crazy. You guys are not realistic and so out date. Come on here with half the information. Its hard as hell for CCAs to make with this pay.

You should get Will on your next episode to go over his experience training with his driver and how they made him quit on the spot.

If they force you to wear the uniform they gotta make it easily accessible and affordable and most importantly - free to you. Make ppl send their old one in to get a new one if you have to - to avoid ppl taking advantage of the system and over ordering. Also, it's USPS - team up with Nike, or UA or Adidas to get some better stuff. Need to get our mailmen some air pegasus' or something.,

She don’t even give out PDI she goes straight to letters of warranty seven days suspension 14 day suspension and it get throwing out. but every time she bring me in the office I file a eeo have the nerve to say yeah I need to know your contract. You don’t even know our contract that why it get throwing out.

I’ve gotten a PDI for the lovely infamous load tool, then the PM at the tells me I was trained on the load tool. I was not and I walked out of the PDI
