- I am very excited about Barry Keoghan as the Joker, he seems to be the type of Clown Prince I have wanted to see on screen , all scarred up and manic. The next Batman movie is gonna be a good one.
Wonder what Barry Keoghan's Joker would say to our boy Joaquin? I would imagine it something like this. Enjoy.

It’s as if Keoghan’s Joker was inspired by Arthur Fleck’s actions, it could still be in the same conitinuity but The Batman has a major retcon involving the Waynes murder though, they weren’t killed in the riots but by Falcone.
With the way that guy seemed like he was waiting around, I have a crackpot theory that he was still Falcone's guy but was taking advantage of the riots to give himself cover.

No they’re obviously in separate universes. Bruce Wayne in the Joker universe would’ve been in his 50s when the Batman takes place since Joker takes place during the early 80s and the Batman takes place in present day. Robert Pattinson’s Batman is in his 20s so they’re clearly not in the same continuity. Although it would be cool if the movies were connected since they both have a dark and realistic environment but they obviously take place in separate universes.

It's really too bad we won't ever see a Three Jokers storyline... They can't get Heath Ledger, but maybe Jack Nicholson, Barry Keoghan and Joaquin Phoenix could get together for a Three Jokers story someday... Yeah, I know, it's wishful thinking on my part. And it wouldn't feel complete without adding Heath Ledger to the mix somehow.
