I tryed this recipe and it came out great. Kinda brings back the nostalgia when my late grandmother use to make me and my other siblings brownies growing up. My lttile nephews came by and they love them.
Tysm, i finally found the perfect recipe. All other recipes end up either too bitter or something is wrong with the texture like being too raw or too hard. The only small complaint i have is that the brownies didn't have much crispness on the edges and top.

The texture and taste is so perfect, moist, rich and yum! Rightly said Betty, these are indeed mouth-watering 🤤 I just used melted brown butter for nuttiness and some roughly chopped cashew, walnuts and chocolate. I just had to come back and comment. @@saimadurrani439 there are couple of reasons that your brownie turned out hard.. one of them that the batter was over mixed after adding the dry ingredients..and the other reason it is over baked..Every oven is different. Maybe it needs less time in your oven😀

Heya! I halved the recipe, then I also halved the sugar (I was afraid it'd be too sweet). The batter was thick, but pretty easy to scoop out since it sticked together. The brownies turned out absolutely springy, soft, and moist. They were slightly sweet - perfect for me - and were indeed cakey. I think it's a good simple brownie recipe, and putting on a chocolate frosting would top the deal for me. I look forward to checking out your other recipes!

Can i use brewed coffee instead of instant coffee crystals?
There are no liquid ingredients in this recipe. If you can not use coffee granules, just omit it. It will still be very delicious.

The sugar in the recipe is perfectly balanced and will not be overly sweet. If you wish you can reduce the sugar to 1 1/4 cup.
