Thanks. Key to this boss is keeping up the ice damage and move away from the flame thrower and fire tornado move. Good idea to rush to stagger when it about to do a fire tornado attack too.

If you have issues level up at the VR. Another thing is to level up Materia Ice to 2 or 3 to do more damage.
