- Hey guys! Welcome to the final leg of this awesome NM trip I did aboard Denver Air Connection! In this video, I fly aboard United's A319 for the first time over to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on a gorgeous clear, fall night. After flying all of United Airlines' domestic mainline fleet now, their A319 product and experience definitely stood out to me as being much more tolerable than their B737-800s, A320s, B757-200s, and even their B737-900s. While there are no power outlets, USBs, or really comfortable seats, the legroom is certainly noticeable over the aircraft I just listed and if you're a tall guy like me at 6'0" or higher, it's much appreciated. Now on that note, there are power outlets onboard, but they're only offered to First Class and Economy Plus passengers which is pretty stupid if you ask me, especially in 2021. If you're not gonna provide PTVs on the seatback for everyone, at least give them the chance to charge their own devices. But besides those things, it was a very enjoyable flight with some awesome city sights, a nice service, friendly FAs, an early arrival, and a quick & easy boarding process. If you need to fly with United on mainline aircraft, look out for the A319 as it's one of the better ones. Not quite as good as their MAX aircraft, but decent. Hope you guys enjoy!

I flew on 2 United A319s in 2018 (N827UA DEN-BZN and N824UA BZN-ORD). They were okay flights.

Loved your ending scenes and no, I have not had the opportunity to fly on an A319 or any Airbus a/c but my friends have and they tell me, it is on the noisy side and doesn't have that feel of solidness!
I was in Des Moines but now I’m in Minneapolis. I was also in Sioux Falls, SD and all of those 3 vacation spots I was able to see airplanes near all those airports. I want to say I have flew on a United a319 or 20 from O’hare to Sacramento. I know I did a couple years ago. I believe it was exactly a couple years ago from today and I actually kind of liked it.

I read the other day that with the covid related route changes DEN is UAs largest hub right now in terms of number of flights.
Nice video kiddo! As far as I`ve been reading, some airlines do not expect a considerable increase in the number of pax in the near future. I heard they are preferring to use smaller planes - even for transoceanic flights, rumors have it that United will start flying JFK-LHR, for instance using the A319-LR. Also the usage of planes like E-2 190 and 195 in internal US routes and many European capitals. Embraer has received huge purchase orders. Thanks for sharing!
I flew on an A319 from Houston-Chicago. It was a long time ago and it still had the blue cloth seats but it was fine from what I remember.

The Spirit A319 from Las Vegas to Baltimore too had friendly FAs and nice city views like Phoenix, AZ, Albuquerque, NM, Amarillo, TX, Dallas, TX, Tulsa Oklahoma, Des Moines Iowa , Chicago Illinois , South Bend & Indianapolis Indiana, Toledo, Ohio, Youngstown, Ohio, Cleveland, Ohio, and Pittsburgh and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
WHYYYY did they stop boarding from the aft forward. That makes SO much more sense
I know you kind of despise those kind of seat back pockets, but when you had to clean them like I did.. You'd think very differently of them, cause as a cleaner, especially on a quick turn, I'm looking for anything sticking out of them and I can easily see through those kind.. So yea, when doing a quick turn clean when I did clean them, made for very quick clean. cause you could see right through them.. people love to hide stuff.. So I know, I see you give it that look of disgust, yet so much easier on the cleaners.
I’ve been on a United A319 before and thought it was just ok as I’d say kind of similar to what you thought. They never have had the IFE system but once had overhead screens
I live only 25 minutes away from Denver so dia is my home airport.

There was plenty of construction in the Jeppesen Terminal back in October 2020 I was there a few weeks after you were there lots of moving up and down trying to maneuver from drop off at 6 West and had to make my way over to 6 East to the Southwest Airlines Check in counter

On July 20th I am flying OMA to MDW to SAV and on July 24th SAV to MDW to OMA on Southwest Airlines, this will be my first time in six years flying the OMA to MDW route even though I have been to MDW a ton and flown MDW to OMA a ton because of how I fly Southwest to the east coast by connecting in STL, DAL or HOU going to and on the way back MDW
On Thursday I’m flying from TPA-MIA-CLE on an American 175/319 and then on Southwest 737-700 from CLE-TPA 😊
