- Hey guys! This is the start of a very cool trip that took me to the west coast to collab and meet with a bunch of other aviation enthusiasts. My first flight is aboard a United Airlines A320 over to Denver, Colorado from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania! I thought it was an OK flight with some things being pretty bad and some things being pretty good. I detailed my thoughts in the video but I'll just reiterated here that I really don't like United's A320 product. It's way to Spirit-fied meaning it's reminiscent of an ULCC style in Economy. I get that United has to compete with all three of them now and are trying to squeeze out every penny they can, but on some routes like this that aren't cheap, the expectations are not met at all. But the good news is United does have better hard products out there in their medium-haul fleet that I'd definitely recommend flying if you can - specifically their 737 MAX aircraft, but also their B737-700s, A319s, and maybe even B737-900ERs. Besides the product, the service, crew, timeliness, and boarding process were all good. The biggest con though to finish off was by far the dirtiness of the plane. Makes me wonder if they actually cleaned it overnight...Hope you guys enjoy!

The a320 is definitely one of my fav aircraft to fly on!
I like the A320 but Delta’s A220 has become my new favorite at least as far as narrow body goes.
Probably not THIS A320 tho

The A220 is super intriguing for me... I could see it replacing the A320 family soon enough. Does the same job in a slimmer and more fuel-efficient package

Another great video! I would have to admit that this is a pretty nice aircraft although I like 737's better. That was a filthy tray table but at least it was a decent size. I can't wait to see what is next!

The A319/A320 seems fine to me, but I'm only 5'8". If you care about room, the one to avoid is definitely the 737-800 with screens.
You made my day by putting Manteno and Kankakee on here. I live around 18 miles southeast of Kankakee. Pretty cool.
At 13:00 and 13:06 I’ve been getting to know that area south of Chicago. I’ve taken a bus called River Valley Metro from Midway Airport to Manteno which I’ll probably do again very soon and I’ve taken other buses of the same kind in Bourbonnais and Bradley, Illinois all north of Kankakee. I also knew the area since my recent Amtrak trip since it stops in Kankakee. I thought you were going to fly above there when I saw the flight map earlier in the video. Another thing I realized at 1:33 is the day you went on this flight and Manteno would’ve held a special Oktoberfest if it wasn’t cancelled that same weekend and I would’ve tried going for the first time.

United is temporarily using all three concourses at DIA due to construction in concourse B which is why there's a ton of regional jets in concourse A and regular United planes as well
I’ve been waiting for a weekly upload because it’s my birthday. I also want to admit I flew on the United A320 or A319 from O’hare to Sacramento and then probably a Boeing 737 back on the same airline.
Probably a Boeing 737 the safety card on each seatback has what type of plane it is
@@MrFloppy131 The reason I thought I flew a 737 back home was because there were screens behind the seats, the IFEs.
I’ve flown PIT-Denver on southwest. We left PIT around 5 pm. It was a full flight, but wasn’t too bad considering we went from east to the west.
Awesome video as per usual Chris and it’s a shame that UA let you down, in fact, I think the best looking flight you’ve had on a US carrier was with them from IAD to FRA! Also, correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe that this was your first video covering United Mainline out of PIT!😸

I think this is the trip where he flies to Seattle then to Atlanta on a Delta Airlines Airbus A350 with a bunch of other Av Geeks like QFS Aviation, Itripreport, theplanesguy, etc. and also the captains retirement flight!!!

Lincoln Municipal Airport only serves United right now after Delta pulled out temporarily due to COVID, they will resume service out of LNK on May 26th to Minneapolis St. Paul, a destination served to Northwest but then Delta and Northwest merged and eventually Atlanta was a destination out of LNK then both ATL and MSP and Delta folded now it will be back

Yeah I know this is the first flight of the day. I think the cleaner did not clean properly which could make plane still dirty. Sometimes they don’t wipe off from the seat properly , not vacuum properly or not wiping properly as in my opinion as I work in YYZ as cleaner. But nice video though. Gives you likes!!
Seeing that tray table dirty, is this the first flight of the day for the Plane if so, there is no excuse, but if its a turnaround cabin cleaners only have like 15 mins to clean the plane which is nothing.. I am a Cabin Cleaner out of John Wayne for a different Airline and I work nights where all planes stay overnight and we do a deep clean

How are their A319s better than their A320s while their 737-800s and 900s are not? Their -800s and -900s use the exact same economy seats as the 737-700s, meanwhile their A319s use the same economy seats as the A320s.

Question: how do you know where all the planes are going?
Each plane has a registration number, like N240UA. You can just look that up on FlightAware or FlightRadar24 and it'll tell you where the plane is going. It's really interesting, I do this a lot when I travel.

Bro I'm not gonna falsely hype up this airline & their product when it's just simply not good. I only put my honest opinions in every video and tell it how it is & I do not cater to any airline...if it's good I'll tell you, if it's bad I'll tell you.
